Did I mention that you was gay? I so miss the LGBT forum. We have had our space taken from us. I’m just glad that I am contributing something to this community.

I'm sorry, love. Ignore him. He's just mad the world doesn't revolve arounf him judging by his posts.

Maidenless behavior. Can't even treat your own gender with respect.

Profiles

What has happened when you view a profile and get the message "no content"

It means their profile was locked. Why that happens can greatly depend. Usually, something in their profile broke TOS. But I am sure there are other situations.

Also, sometimes, they delete their profile just as you go to click on it. Very weird when it happens.

Ramadan gaining?

LouisXXIV:
I am no Muslim myself, but having some friends experiencing the Ramadan month.

They go to buffets after sunset (since they cannot eat during day time) with a great appetite and the food were very oily with high carbs. It seems a weight gain is inevitable, though they are not really gainers and not aiming to do so.

The below article also point out similar phenomenon. So, will real gainer also utilize this oppotunity to make some gains?

edition.cnn.com/2013/08/07/world/meast/ramadan-over-eating-eid/index.html[/quote]

This is actually similar to how some feedists get out of their gaining plateaus - just not as intense. Intermittent fasting mixed with overeating is a doozy on your waistline.

That said, when observed correctly, most don't gain weight. Easier said than done when your stomach is eating your back.

For real though

Tree17:
Is anyone else on here actually looking for something real? I know a lot of people come here to sell content or get off, but does anyone want to find someone to enjoy food with and their growing bellies? It would be nice to find someone to share this lifestyle with.

LoraDayton:
just like the last profile that complained about this enough to start a thread: you show *no* indication that you are any type of person except those who lurk for content. No pics of you, nothing in your profile, and the ONLY activity are the two threads you posted that are verbatim the same thing.

If you want real connection you have to be REAL person to be seen by others also. And the only way to demonstrate that is to be visible, active, and a part of the community.

I noticed a common theme in this thread.

Everyone who is chiming in about how hard it is to find someone has barely anything in their profile and next to no community participation.

People love those active in the community. It gives them a better understanding of who you are as a person. If you've been on here for five, ten, fifty-leven years and you hardly have any activity on your profile, don't be shocked if it's hard to engage with people.

Will a nutricionist help me gain?

Lugo:
I guess Im scared of the risk of me going and they forcing me to lose weight, or they looking me weird and referring me to a therapist about the "gaining issue" 😅

But learning about a balance diet, telling them I wanna maintain my weight might be a good idea... Not sure but Ill try it some day soon

Thanks

With love, but unless you are knocked out in the hospital somewhere and they don't know who you are, a medical professional can't force you to do anything. And even then, they'll only do what needs to be done so you don't die.

A nutritionist isn't an emergency medical professional. The most they can do is make recommendations. They can't make you do anything.

Will a nutricionist help me gain?

Lugo:
Weird question, but would a nutricionist help me on what to eat so I can grow in a healthy way?

Or will they make me lose weight? Ik its depending on the person and a lot of factors but would they even care? Since Im doing it in a healthy way?

A nutritionist's job is to help you eat healthier. Weight lose isn't their goal necessarily, but don't be shocked if they tell you to lose weight.

They do recommend you gain weight if you're health would improve that way or you're trying to gain muscle.

But don't let that scare you off from seeing one. They can help you eat a more balanced diet. That's an important way to mitigate risks. Also, it's fairly common for fat people to be malurished due to having an unbalanced diet.

Is it the days off the cream that trigger the rapid gain?

Morbidly A Beast:
The heartburn is probably acid reflux or you’re just lactose intolerant

Gotta remember that heavy cream has extremely high fat content compared to other forms of cream. Some people cannot tolerate that much fat. This is why thw ox bile helps. It has digestive enzymes that break down the fat.

Is it the days off the cream that trigger the rapid gain?

Morbidly A Beast:
I don’t understand how it all works but you can raise your triglycerides all sorts of ways and it’s not particularly healthy I mean stress lack of sleep etc can raise them. It’s why sometimes stressed out people gain weight especially if they are a stress eater. I get it maximize the gains or whatever but your better off just eating a balanced diet while adding extra calories where you can if your not a foodie.

Munchies:
You're correct in that it is best to eat a balanced-yet high calorie diet. However, when used in moderation, heavy cream isn't harmful.

That's the key word. Moderation.

There's a sizeable chunk of feedists that want to be as fat as possible as fast as possible.

This is bad. This kind of thinking ends up doing more harm than good - especially since it increases the risk of you needing to lose the weight later for health reasons.

That said, if you consume heavy cream in moderation, the triglyceride spike is negligible. Besides, the triglycerides aren't what triggers the gains so much as when your body breaks them down. I go over it in more detail in the forum link I posted.

Ceepert:
What amount is "in moderation" cant really search this online as "normal" sources are not in scales for feederism.

I recently started drinking it again and drink around 300-500ml in one chug every other day. Is that way too much or still in the "reasonable" area? I know health risks are always involved with this sort of stuff, though I would still like to not overdo it

Munchies:
There are no guidelines on that. My suggestion is don't consume so much that you get sick - whatever that looks like for you.

Ceepert:
Im mean that makes sense, but normaly I get heart burn very fast when drinking it. Like 300ml at a one of is already enough to get it the next morning, which is why I take 1 Ox Bile before I drink heavy cream to help with fat digestion, so not sure how that counts

Munchies:
Do you feel bad outside of the heart burn? Are you monitoring your levels to make sure you aren't messing up your internals?

Ceepert:
No, it usually just was the heart burn. Before I took a pill to treat the heart burn, but that got too anoying so I switched to something to take before hand.

How do you mean monitoring my levels? you mean with some device?

You get check ups at least once year. The only way to make sure you aren't mucking things up is with a blood panel.

New wardrobe (again)

Morbidly A Beast:
Yeah minimalist with a bit of flare I just wanna look nice rn all that fits me are a pair of ripped sweats and a few muscle shirts I wear around the house lol

Ah, so you two have similar tastes.

My partner has some nice, simple shirts and sweaters. They are a mix of neutral colors and bright/bold colors and one or two graphic tees. When it's cold, he'll sometimes pair a white or black shirt with a colored cardigan or a nice jacket. If you wear a warmer shirt and leave the jacket unbuttoned, you can keep it for longer.

He tends to buy pants that go with everything. He tucks his shirts into his pants because then he can get away with buying smaller shirts. No need to have a shirt that covers your entire belly (he's belly heavy) when your pants do most of the work.

Also, don't be afraid to accessorize. A nice watch can make any piece look fancy. You don't strike me as someone who likes to wear jewelry, so a simple, tasteful watch will suit you best.

Also, don't be afraid to buy oversized clothes. If you have no interest in slowing down your gains or constantly buying bigger clothes, oversized clothes will last a little longer. I know a lot of streetwear tends to be oversized and simple.
