Start slow...poke his belly a bit, tell him it's "cute". Then maybe confess to having a bit of a "tummy fetish" or just admitting that his belly is sexy.
Then build on that depending on his reaction.

I have heard that there are feeding machines for feeding people in comas, but that it wouldn't work for force feeding.
I don't know why it wouldn't though.

Non-gainer foodee You don't want to gain, but you don't diet or try to lose either.
Gain-neutral foodee Not trying to gain, but you eat what you want and don't mind if you gain.
Gain-positive foodee You eat what you want and want to gain, but don't find it particularly erotic.
