Non-gainer foodee You don't want to gain, but you don't diet or try to lose either.

Gain-neutral foodee Not trying to gain, but you eat what you want and don't mind if you gain.

Gain-positive foodee You eat what you want and want to gain, but don't find it particularly erotic.

Tell her what your limits are. If that's a dealbreaker for her you may not be right for each other.
