Delayed effects of heavy cream 0_o

I finally figured out a milkshake recipe that works to make it palatable, but even though it doesn’t even have that much cream (1 cup), it causes me to have awful cramps and prevents me from eating more the rest of the day. I can keep it down but it’s not fun.

I drink it at the end of the day to minimize the effect this has on my eating, but it makes it hard to sleep because I am in pain and nauseous. Any idea how to solve this? I am not lactose intolerant, I think the issue is the fat content because I’ve had similar problems when eating things with lots of oil.

Has anyone here gotten results from hypnosis?

I haven’t found them to be effective long-term, but I recommend them anyway because they are very enjoyable and can sometimes help with a one-time binge if you’re in the right mood. If it turns out hypnosis works extremely well for you compared to most people and you get unwanted effects, there are also plenty of hypnosis videos intended to remove unwanted effects from other hypnosis which you could listen to, so I wouldn’t worry about that.

Medication safety?

My doctor prescribed Megace as an appetite stimulant. When I went to research this medicine after receiving the prescription, though, it looks like it is a heavy duty drug which is mostly used in cancer patients and has some scary looking side effects listed, so I’m not sure I want to take it.

Has anyone here ever taken Megace? Did you get side effects from it, and was it effective as an appetite stimulant? Was it overall worth it? I’ve set up another appointment to ask the doctor questions, too, but I always like to hear firsthand testimony from people who have taken a medicine when possible, and all the testimonies I find online are from people using it for palliative care while on hospice or chemo, which is not my situation.

Psychological conditioning

OrangeBoi:
I've done some conditioning like this with a Dom. He slowly worked on adjusting my habits and mental associations with food. I went from only liking to stuff if I was already turned on by this fetish to compulsively binging at least once a week. I became very addicted to eating large amounts of food and would even have to go on runs to the store late at night if the urge struck me. I tried to get control of my eating a weight gain numerous times but the habits were very strong.
I spoke with my Dom about taking a break because I was gaining more than I wanted. Not having someone to push me did make it a little easier to change my eating habits back to something more normal but the urge is still there even 6 months later. I don't think it will ever truly go away and I know that when I decide to start gaining again it will come back with a vengeance.
The biggest difference from before and after the conditioning is that I used to have to actively try to gain and now it's the opposite. It takes a lot of self control to eat normal amounts of food which makes it a constant struggle not to gain more weight. My relationship to food is completely changed.

MitchHedberg:
That is incredibly hot.

How did your Dom make these changes to your habits and relationship to food happen?

How long did it take for the changes to cement?

Would love to hear as many details about the process and your experience as you're willing to write about!

OrangeBoi:
It happened really gradually. We would just do like role play and stuffings like I had done with a lot of people but he was really good at tapping into my fantasies. I wanted to explore submission more and he was happy to help train me. Mostly it was about getting me emotionally addicted to stuffing and food. It took a long time, the conditioning definitely snuck up on me. I wouldn't notice that I'd become more addicted until I'd tried to stop and couldn't. It was a good year before I realized how much I'd actually changed and how much I was behaving like an addict. That was the first time I tried to stop. I only lasted about 5 months though and then it was another year and half before I was able to stop again. I still miss it all the time. We both knew we were playing with fire and it was all consensual but I develop clinically diagnosable food addiction and binge eating disorder. Part of me still finds it really hot but I also take conditioning more seriously because I know it's a lot more than just role playing. It can make permanent changes.

How did he go about getting you emotionally addicted to stuffing and food, and do you think it’s something that a gainer could do to themselves without a feeder helping? This is exactly what I want to happen to me when it comes to the food addiction stuff, but I haven’t got much interest in being in a relationship.

High calorie alcoholic drinks recipes for weight gain

You can make a white russian with heavy cream, which is very high calorie. Unfortunately, I don’t like the taste of them at all, but they’re fairly popular so they must taste good to some people.

How much do you want to gain?

I don’t have a specific goal, gaining is very difficult for me since I don’t like most foods and have a poor appetite, so I just try to force myself to eat as much as I can. I think I might be happy with my weight if I get to 200 but that is a faraway goal for me right now. Currently it’s a struggle just to maintain my weight and not lose any.

Heavy cream fat distribution

Wrangler508:
To be precise it doesn't go only into my belly, but it goes disproportionately to the lower part of my belly. I want my belly to be more evenly fat.

It’s because heavy cream favors subcutaneous fat, which tends to gather in the lower belly (and places other than the belly) but not in the upper belly. If you want your entire belly to be more round, you could try eating a lot of sugary food along with your cream to try to gain some visceral fat, but that’s also less healthy.

Easy ways to incorporate cream into diet?

Santiago:
Pasta

How are you adding it to the pasta? I’d imagine it would taste really bad to just pour cream into plain pasta.

Easy ways to incorporate cream into diet?

I just can’t stand the taste of heavy cream on its own, and I’m not a big fan of shakes either, so I’m looking for ways to incorporate it into other foods and drinks. So far I have found that it can be used as a creamer in tea or coffee (I can get about 300-400 calories per cup this way, not counting the sugar and honey, so it’s effective even though it makes the drink a little bland), or to make some kinds of sauces. What other ways can heavy cream be added to various dishes to give them a fattening boost?

Website rebranding 20/04/2021

The new aesthetic is nice but it is very glitchy on mobile. It is difficult to navigate the site because site elements overlap each other nonstop and make it difficult to read and/or click anything. I don’t think this is intentional. If the site can return to being functional then I’d have no problem with the update as far as I can tell, and I appreciate the hard work, but right now I don’t like the new design at all because it has broken the website.
