I've needed to buy some bigger clothes recently. The places I normally go to don't have much that I like. I don't know if its because its between seasons, but I can't find shirts I like.
Where do somewhat fat men shop in Canada? I'm not at the point of big men stores...yet.

This year I've been hovering around XL being a bit loose or almost tight? XXL here I come? 🤣🐖 I love Mark's. I was just there this weekend getting a "modern fit" tshirt, which are SO MUCH BETTER than classic fit - I'm short so classic fit looks like I borrowed my dad's clothes. 😝 That's my go-to store when I want something nice.
Hmmm....I think the modern fit ones are what is giving me trouble. haha. There are times where if its snug in the belly, its okay, but I don't always want that. I didn't realize they had different t-shirts...is it the same for all their shirts?
I'll look into it more. I might have time tomorrow.

When I'm feeling extra big and chubby I tend to give my wife stronger hugs.
Not sure its quite the same thing but it feels like I have extra power.

Just wondered what sort of waist sizes you blokes are ?
I have been deliberately gaining for about 4 months now. I was a 33" waist up until I stopped weights/training/strict diet. I measured myself tonight, and I'm 38". So, 5" in 4 months.
I'm starting to feel quite porky, but I guess I'm not exactly fat yet, not compared to some of the amazing belly's I have seen on here !
I was wearing 36" pants in July at 193lbs. Now the 40s are tight at around 215. I was wearing L shirts now I'm XL and some are 2XL. 20+ lbs isn't a lot, but it is when it's gained in 2months. I am getting extra chubby.

I usually go to Mark's myself, but I assume you have already looked them up.
Mark's is my go to! I have gotten a couple polo type shirts from there. I've noticed recently that their t-shirts are diiferent. They feel great, but are cut smaller. The XL is tight so I tried the 2XL. I know this gain is turning me flabbier than I've ever been, but there's no way I should be in 2XL yet. I will be and I will graduate to the big mens store, but I'm not there yet. I'm about 215lbs.
Funny side story about Mark's. A few weeks ago, I tried on an XL polo in their change rooms. It was ridiculously tight. Checked the price tag and the sticker. Yep XL. Weird. Tried on the 2XL and was swimming. It didn't make sense. I checked the first shirt again and the while the tag and sticker was XL, the label printed on the shirt was M. Found an actual XL and its good. I enjoyed explaining the problem to the cashier. She had an embarrassed grin on her face...agreeing that medium wouldn't work.

Sadly, I just remembered that some guys don't feel comfortable asking other men those kinds of questions. In which case, if they have wives/girlfriends, I'm sure they would also know the answer. Just phrase the question as blandly as possible, whomever you talk to.
It could be as simple as, "Hey, where does your man go clothes shopping? He always seems so well-dressed." You don't even have to mention size.
Hmm...I will have to give this a try. Thank you for the suggestion.
I have also asked my wife if she had any thoughts...3 of the 4 she came up with are ones I've looked at. The 4th isn't my favourite, but maybe I have to give in...

Looking for good value. Decent quality, decent prices.

There's no doubt I eat salty foods. This weekend especially. Maybe that's all it is.
I should probably lay off salt a bit. I type as I'm sitting at Wendy's chowing down on just under 2000 calories. The Frosty I'm gonna grab on my way out will put me over 2000...and its not as salty lol

The best thing anyone can do is know what they eat - fetish or not. If you are eating fast food, you can find the details on the website.
Many people don't look at the nutritional labels on food because they don't feel a need to. Meanwhile, many feedists are afraid to look because they feel guilty for "ruining" their bodies.
Both views aren't wise. You wouldn't build a house without checking the materials. You should do the same with the food you eat.
NoMoYoYo:
I eat fast food because its easy calories. I've been on their nutrition info pages, but basically to see the calories (and fats, carbs, protein). But I haven't done a deep dive to see what's actually in the food. ie salt/sodium content. Or in any food really. Every gain I've ever done has involved a lot of fast food. I know I should cut back. Especially if I'm looking for a prolonged, slower gain, but I like it too much. Which is probably why I get to a point that I'd rather not gain any more. I'm hoping to turn the page there. I just wanna be fat.
Munchies:
I'm not saying you can't be fat. I'm a feeder, after all. I'm just saying you gotta be smart about it. I have seen many a gainer and feedee have to stop gaining completely because their gaining methods screwed up their health. The same can be said about the slow and steady gainers.
I don't think you wanna go from a yo-yo dieter to someone who cannot gain under pain of death.
NoMoYoYo:
It's not all fast food or even junk food. I do eat fruits and vegetables. But I do hear what you're saying.
Are there any foods you like to feed your partner that great for gaining but are on the healthier side?
Munchies:
Bear in mind that we are on a gaining break, but I can give you some dishes.
- Puff pastry with salmon and spinach
- Peanuts
- Pizza with veggies
- Pasta with broccoli and cheese sauce
Huh. Everything the list starts with P. Wild.
I haven't done puff pastry with salmon, but I've had everything else. I had a very large serving of pasta with a fake alfredo sauce last night. Made a roux, added broth, milk and parmesan. Had that with chicken and veggies on the side.
