Being Overweight/Obese doesn’t make you automatically make you have problems, it just puts you at a greater risk of developing issues.
How’s your water consumption? Need to drink a lot, more than people think you do- even while you aren’t active, EVEN more when you are active. The body reacts very negatively to poor hyderation. How’s the sleep pattern do you get a full nights rest? Do you smoke? How active are you during the day? 8 straight hours of sitting is worse for your health than smoking. Do you wake up feeling like a pile of shit?
These are bigger indicators of health imo than how much I weigh

Don’t gain weight for the potentiality of finding a feeder or wait for a feeder, gain weight because you want to.

TinyTina:
You hit the breakfast buffet at your hotel before your business meeting, because you know the single muffin or croissant you can take from the catering tray on the conference table isn't going to be enough.
At least that was me this morning. A full breakfast (eggs, potatoes, grits, sausage, waffles, fruit, yogurt, and a banana muffin) at the hotel. Then a blueberry scone and coffee for my hobbit-like "second breakfast" at the meeting.
Catered “Meals” are literally the worst even if the food is good. Oh yeah let me have tiny bowl of soup a salad and crackers this will surely fill me up 😒 and have me ready for the next 5 hours of your stupid presentation.

I used to be under 7% body fat used to run in full sweats with a heavy coat on in the heated wrestling room to make weight, I trained for burst not stamina so it was a bit different than marathon running but I doubt I could full dead sprint to the end of my driveway these days, so no no running for me haha

Appetite and Capacity tend to have a snowball effect, it’s why normies get fat without even liking it. The trick is consistency, if you can eat 2500 calories a meal and eat the other 3 no problem then do that but if 2500 calories is it for the day and you might be sick the next meal or even the next day, you gotta dial it back a lil increase that capacity, but as it increases so will your appetite you’ll want that much food.
For me, it’s just eating a meal(s)
