If you really want to put on a show, wear a shirt that just barely fits but keeps riding up if you're not careful. Then, while you're eating a huge meal at a fast food place, pull it back down every time it rides up. As your belly gets fuller, pulling the shirt back down becomes more and more futile until you just give up and eat.

Sheryl on stuffer31 started out at less than 100 pounds and now, after years of gluttony, has nearly doubled her weight.
So it's certainly possible!

I ready about a scientific study where they showed people can get more calories from liquids than from solids, so I'm sure you're right.

Apparently women gain weight when their estrogen levels are highest.
Estrogen levels peak right before ovulation. So if you want to gain, that might be the best time to eat a lot!
I don't know if this actually works, it's just speculative. Anyone?
