A: The so called "secret" feeding is foredoomed to failure, because every conscious person will notice when their clothes get too tight.
B: She will resent you for it if you try, there's no way around it. Hell most feedees and gainers would probably resent it.
C: This could end your marriage, if you love your wife do you want to risk that?
And,
D: Not only is this immoral, it's just plain stupid. Don't do it, it won't work.
Alternative.
Talk to her about it. There's a chance that your wife will welcome the idea of not having to worry about her weight.

I've had a very positive view on fat for a long time. But when I was a young teenager and first stumbling onto this I was coming off of years of torment at the hands of my peers. Before 9th or 10th grade barely a day went by where I didn't get at least one comment about my weight.
But those comments stopped suddenly after I found FF and other sites like it, maybe it was the confidence in knowing I wasn't alone, or possibly the fact that this is around the time that I became 6ft tall. It could have been any number of things.
But I digress. I rarely have fat-hate moments, but I still have them sometimes. They don't last very long but they always leave me feeling down and a little pathetic. But then I remember that this is what I love and it helps me pull out of it.

Mostly this quote:
Be who you are and say what you feel. Because those that mind don't matter, and those that matter don't mind.
Dr. Seuss.
Smart man, and even though he probably had no knowledge of this fetish it applies here very well.
Other sources of inspiration for me are little things like popping off buttons and the like.

Umm, yea. This fantasy crosses my mind at least twice a week...sometimes more. Usually involving crushes from here, past high school crushes etc who bust into my room one night while I'm asleep, tranq me and take me to their lair to fill me with all kinds of food until I'm so fat my own body pins me to the floor.

I'll put in another vote for contrast. Don't worry, you're in good company here.

Lots of things at Hardee's seem quite feederific. Take the Monster Thickburger, and well any of the other thick burgers. Heart Attack Grill also comes to mind.
Oh, god. I want to go to Heart Attack Grill so badly. Thank you for reminding me of this wonderful place lol.
Oh yes, I desperately want to go there too...and not only because I'd get all my burgers for free *jiggles belly*

I doubt he'll have any trouble at all losing the weight. He was very built before he started this to begin with.
Honestly the most trouble he'll run into is kicking soda, seeing as he went and got himself adicted to the caffiene and sugar.
Honestly I find this guy a little...I dunno, irksome. It mostly comes from the fact that he did it in the most unhealthy way possible...

You can start drinking more milk, that can sometimes help. Milk has natural antacid qualities.

I don't think it's cause for alarm. But it's definitely the change in your diet that is to blame. If you've been eating a lot of spicy foods then that's probably it, or maybe just acidic foods like things with lots of tomatoe sauce in it. Or pickles, could be any number of things that you've eaten.
Try cutting back on the more acid stuff, i/e spicy etc, and see if that helps reduce it.
