Tell them your on a diet, just not the kind of diet your on.
If you need to do this to get along, fine, but I think it would be better if you could admit you have NO interest in losing weight or stopping.

I'd really prefer no apocalypse at all, but I'd take the zombie apocalypse over a vampire or dragon one. Zombies seem pretty easy to defeat, really. Vampires are tougher, and dragons like to burn you alive.
But the one I'm really afraid of is the fundamentalist religious apocalypse*. That one might actually happen!
*Not the one predicted in the Bible--just being taken over by fundamentalist ideologues.

If two (or more adults) agree about their roles as Feeder/Master and Feedee/slave - why shouldn't they just live it??
That's fine, but that's not the Evil Feeder fantasy.
An Evil Feeder does not give his victim a choice. He kidnaps her, imprisons her, and enslaves her.
This is illegal everywhere (as far as I know!) And immoral, as you're taking away someone's freedom and taking them away from their family and friends. And impractical, as it's very hard to take care a of a prisoner like this. What about dental care, health care, nosy neighbors?
This is why the Evil Feeder fantasy, while physically possible, will usually be and should always be just a fantasy.

If you're overweight, knowing your significant other is a feeder can make you feel less self-conscious about your own weight, even if you aren't into gaining.

I used to feel that way but at this point it just seems part of me. If I lost the fetish I wouldn't be me anymore!
And anyway, believe it or not, you younger guys have it good. At least there's SOME recognition of the fetish these days, plus places (like ff) where it's accepted. When I was your age I didn't even know feedees and other feeders existed!
