Any advice for a new feeder?

Although, it can seem to defeat the point I would also try and ensure she keeps active. Even if it’s just going for walks and possibly trying stretches or yoga. I found when I quickly gained 30lbs I was getting lower back pain. I actually joined a gym and do weight lifting now and I’m a lot more flexible now and don’t have back pain. I’ve not lost any weight either.
I know it’s not for everyone but may be worth keeping in mind.

Feedee self-acceptance

AskDrFeeder:
I have no hard data, but it seems to me that feedees these days are less hesitant about gaining than in the past. As soon they have the opportunity they start gaining and don't look back.

Anyone else notice this? Or disagree with it?

John Smith:
I simply think that social medias, coupled by the constant exposure to body positive advocacy has rendered two or three generations of people less reluctant to spite the prospect of gaining weight, whether unintentionally or the contrary, which subsequently selt-reflects within the feederism scenery too.

That, doubled by a whole year of lockdown that affected both economics and the collective psyche as much as some people's waistlines.

I agree with John Smith, there is a lot more body positivity movements in the media and although there is still a long way to go, I do believe it makes a difference.

I know I decided to gain 30lbs during lockdown, one of the reasons being I could hide it as “quarantine gains” with no intention of losing it.

I personally have also found as I have gotten older, I care a lot less on people’s opinion as I get fatter. It is my body at the end of the day.

What are you wearing? what's your fav item of clothing?

I really enjoy wearing dresses especially the green one in my photos. It’s so comfortable and stretchy. It makes me feel great when I wear it 😁

How do you wipe your ass.

I don’t have any issues but you can get bidet attachments for the toilet

Addicted to takeaways

RosemaryOrdinary:
I don't know what it is about McDonald's Big Macs or the salty fries or sweet and sour sauce that makes me go literally insane. Whenever I have it I pig out and it tastes so good that I literally shovel it in as if its gonna be taken away from me. It just hits different haha

It really does! And it’s so easy to eat as well, I can pig out on so many of their burgers!

Addicted to takeaways

Daniel5_1997:
What kind of takeaways do you prefer?

I had a similar problem and to solve it I started trying to recreate some of my favourites by cooking at home.

Personal favourite is a Korma recipe I found online which uses a whole load of double cream, its very tasty and also perfect for gaining as its jam packed with calories 😁

I like all sorts but I mainly crave like McDonald’s breakfasts and Chinese food.

I have tried cooking mine own and although it’s nice they are never as good as the takeout version but if you have any good recipes you’d like to share I’d definitely enjoy that 😁

Addicted to takeaways

I used to love going out to restaurants and cafes but only occasionally ordered food to be delivered at home. However since lockdown, I have found that I order so much more food now.

I’m wanting to try and reign it in as it’s expensive but honestly feel like it’s so difficult to now.

Everytime I try and stop I just really start craving it 😅

Has anyone else found they are more addicted to takeaway food since the lockdown? Also any advice on how to reduce the cravings?

Do you feel fatter in the mirror than on yourself?

Feedmesqueezeme:
I don’t feel that fat (maybe a bit chubby) but I feel I look massive in photos, especially photos taken by other people

John Smith:
Have you always been obese prior actively gaining weight?

I’ve never been skinny but I used to be chubby. The only times I really feel fat is if I gain weight quickly. I have just gotten fatter and fatter over the years so it’s very possible that is why.
