You’re absolutely right! Never thought of it that way. I have been to the doctor had a bit of a check up and have had my vitals taken and stuff and overall I’m healthy been told I need to lose weight a few times though recommended I see a dietitian/nutritionist. They did screen for diabetes and I’m clear, they were like “wow need even pre-diabetic” bit like wow just cause I’m fat” you assume a I have diabetes huh moment.. Just my feets sadly.
I did start a multivitamin, I wake up feeling less groggy lately. Less stiff.

If only the people we hired showed up to work everyday I could just be in the office in my nice cozy chair…. But we can’t have nice things, lol.

Thanks for the insight guys I appreciate it! I’m thinking the doctor will just tell me to lose weight cause I’m morbidly obese, so I’m just gonna try to tough it out for a bit longer and try some of the tips I’d like to say I’m relatively healthy I drink lots of water and I’ve always stretched and stuff. I think I’m just not used to the weight and I’m just having some seasonal foot pain from getting back to work. But if it doesn’t alleviate I will check out a foot doctor.

I’m 100% okay with being fiscally responsible for all my gaining I will do. It’s a higher food budget. That’s about it.
Most of my food is delivered to my house anyways but the idea of going around shopping for my groceries when I could be doing something else or not walking around the store - and preparing meals I’m terrible at that I’m someone who could burn toast. Also going up and downstairs so I don’t have to 😌 would be nice but not like necessity

I am on my feet all day at work (I move a lot, not very fast but a lot) and by the end of the day I find myself in absolute pain (I’m used to some pain after a long day but wow) I’ve gotten a new pair of shoes with good cushioning and they didn’t do anything. Is this just part of being over 400 pounds or do I need something a bit more on my feet because I’m so big now? What have you or your fatty done for feets. I thought at first it cause I was out of shape but I don’t really have a problem moving so I’m not **that out of shape. Or do I just need to tough it out for a bit longer to get the feet’s back in shape?

I had a full beard for a very long time and didn’t know I really had much of one to see or when it really got there, I put off shaving my beard fore a few years even cause of how nervous I was how I’d look, now that Im trimmed up a bit and see it I’ve learned to accept it and almost appreciate it. Idk I just found the double chin to be a bit gooberish at least on me.
I can certainly appreciate it on some of the bigger ladies

I think it happens every time I bend over tbh I think it’s funny idc really just kinda awkward if there’s people around.
It’s probably just excess air if the farts are anything like mine, which fat people are more likely to have as we eat and drink more, generally. If it’s stinky and there are a lot it’s a problem.

I spent too many years starving myself for gymnastics and cheer.
I am finally indulging and loving every minute.

what do you mean by "he couldn't handle the weight"?
however I'm interested in knowing how much weight a gainer can gain in about a month and what are the best foods
100 pounds is a lot of weight and if your body isn’t strong enough you will struggle heaving yourself around.
There’s no magic food that will make you gain weight fast, you just have to consistently stuff yourself full of food. You can add calories with shakes and stuff if needed.
