...yea dude, vitamins don't have any real nutritional value.
Biologically vitamins act as coenzymes which aid in digestion and other body processes. But taking a certain vitamin won't make you gain weight faster.

I'm 100% in agreement here. Most of my friends in real life know I won't stand for them making disparaging remarks about fat people while I'm around but I'd never tell them that I'm actually trying to get fatter...

I feel bereft without my beard. I think I look pretty good either way but I prefer beardy Oni to non-beardy Oni.

As to what you can do, there's nothing I can add that hasn't been said before. Just remember that any girl who might grab your attention is also:
a. A human being, and therefore has feelings. And
b. May or may not already be emotionally fragile, so if you were to do what you have confessed to doing in the past it could damage her psyche for the rest of her life.
