I agree it should be safe but there are those out there that don't care and will not follow the rules.
I had to deal with a few of those on here many years ago.

Big round guy bellies are nice and I love guys that are fat all over too.
A big butt and legs always catches my eye.
I've always had a thing for fat guys in general.
Chubby can be nice too.

I have noticed gainers going all out for a year or so get to a point they just look like they don't feel so good.
Mostly the fast food junkies.
They gain a lot for sure.
I could never eat at the golden arches without getting sick so that tipped me off that something in the food wasn't right.

You are probably correct but you would have to drink it all day long every day.
I never cared much forit because it was too sweet for me.
I do drink diet Pepsi but not in large amounts.

Ha ha don't leave them out.

Really is no one food that makes you gain other than heavy cream.
Water and soda do nothing really because you pee 90% of it out anyway..

Best I remember it was 8000 but that was years ago when I was actually trying to gain.
