Someone has left a spambot script running which is automatically creating accounts on the site. This has been going on for the past 2 weeks.

Although a lot of these accounts are being stopped at sign up. Some are still getting through and the mod team are deleting them as soon possible.

If you spot one that we may have missed - it would be super helpful if you could issue an abuse report on their profile page.

In the meantime we have contacted the host provider, domain registrar and privacy provider from the sites these spammers are linking to in the hope of getting this shut down.

Yes we have these measures in place to stop any spammers on the site. Apologies for the inconvenience but it works for the greater good haha. Just like BiteSizr said you can edit the message slightly and resend it. There are no implications for a genuine user who is trying to reach out to followers and friends only those who are abusing the messaging system.

A good thing to do would be to encourage users to follow you as they will recurve an update whenever you add new content to the site whether that is forum posts, new stories or chapters or any other content.

Yes you can edit existing and published chapters here so feel free to 'tweek' away!

Just go to 'My Stories' from the drop down list that appears when you click on your avatar. Then click 'edit story' this will then load all of your previous chapters... Then click the pencil icon under the chapter. This will open a text box containing your chapter which you can edit and save.

We allow people to share wishlists on their profiles. You can simply copy and paste from amazon your wishlist handle or url text.

However we ask that people do not solicit or advertise on the site. So no promoting of wishlists on other areas of the site, and no pestering people on the site to buy you things from your wishlist.

Just simply add the link to your profile and if something good comes your way... Cool!

It really depends how you came across. Do you seem genuine, are you funny, are you kind... or are you just creepy, full of yourself etc.

For a lot of people, being approached by someone who is typically attractive can be intimidating. Especially if they are prone to low self esteem and doubt. Or maybe they are just guarded for self security or not in the right frame of mind for that type of interaction.

You never know the mind of someone you approach on the random. I would keep the flirting / compliments to a minimum and try striking up a casual conversation. This makes people feel a lot more at ease. Also, don't try to pick up women who are out and about on their own, do it when they are in safe environment and with a friend or a group. Make sure you are paying attention to body language and what they are saying... and most importantly leave them be if you are making them uncomfortable and it is clear they are not interested.

Also... not everyone is into the fit/ athletic physique. So don't assume because that maybe describes you, that you have the right to a successful flirting interaction.
