How to get soft puffy fat.

Sneederid:
Heavy cream. Look at any post about people’s results with heavy cream: it always mentions super soft jiggly fat and people say they’ve never been so soft even if they’ve been that weight before.

Plump Belly To Curvy:
I agree about the heavy cream. Have as much as your digestion can handle about 30 minutes before bed. A bonus is if you have a belly, it'll feel comfortable to sleep letting it hang to the side on the bed, sleeping on your side. Another way to notice growing fatness. And you can go to sleep thinking about getting fatter. I feel heavy cream has added a nice soft rim around my growing apron and live handles. And I'm just softer and more rounded. I had to stop it while traveling for a few months and I didn't get that as much, so I think it is from the heavy cream.

I also find rice pudding helpful.

More estrogen and estrogenic herbs can also help bring on softer fat. But in a man, it might bring on moobs, so that's up to the individual.

Be careful mucking about with hormones. Unless you are trying to trans your gender or have a hormone deficiency, I wouldn't do it. You might be signing up for side effects you didn't consent to.

Did any of your school's girls became heavy office workers?

Letters And Numbers:
Why is this thread still open?

No idea. Everyone else moved on.

It's really sad. He could be doing anything with his time, but no. His only joy is to be angry.

I can't imagine a more tragic existance.

What feeder/feedee/gained fantasy is still on your bucket list?

Taking him to a buffet and stuffing him until he cannot move from his chair. Then keep feeding him until the place closes - or we get kicked out.

How to get soft puffy fat.

Feedher3000:
Hello, I am a male trying to get more fluffy fat. I’m almost 300 lbs but it’s pretty solid. How do I get soft fat?!

Feedeegettingbigger:
i unintentionally have gotten soft fat, and its from losing and gaining weight, ive went from 250 to 200 and then in the past 7 months ive acciedentally let myself balloon up to 270 and now that i noticed its too late 😭 but all of my fat is really squishy and jiggly now and it hangs down below my pants, constantly am feeling jiggles when i move now 😭 so basically losing and regaining should do it

This is another one of those "your milage may vary" type things. There are people who've gotten fluffy after they lose and regain - especially if they've done it more than once. But some people keep their ball bellies no matter how often they regain.

Busty guys

The Wicked Pear:
I've noticed that Moobs or Breasts in general never seem to show stretch marks, even in cases of quick bulking up gains.

The***teen:
My Moobs are absolutely covered in stretchmarks on the sides and under them and so on, it all about how fast they grow 😅
You can see it in some of my videoes on here.

I don't think I know any busty people without stretchmarks on their tits. My partner had a few when we met. I gave him a bunch more when I put 100 lbs on him in less than a year.

Meanwhile, I've got a big rack, and I've got some on me too.

Books on feederism lifestyle

BiggerestBelly:
Has anyone around here ever seen any good books just about people in feederist relationships or just solo living the feederist lifestyle? Books about gaining weight and just living your life around this?

I'm not sure if there are such books. I've seen books about feedism as a concept and a fantasy. But I don't think anyone has written about the day to day realities of being a feedist.

Heavy cream questions

Munchies:
Absorption rates are tricky. As with all things biology, the answer is "it depends." If you want to know if you are absorbing the fat in your diet properly, you can check your stools. If they float or are greasy, you aren't absorbing it properly or are eating more than your body can handle.

CustardCream:
Thank you Munchies! Mine has always floated, even before gaining weight. Indeed, it only sinks when I've had an urgent need to go to the loo. I wonder if I should try a supplement, such as the Now Foods Super Enzymes, and if that helps, start the process of seeing my GP?

As a general rule of thumb, I do not advise taking any supplement without talking to your doctor first. Still, it's a good thing to examin your diet and see where it needs some fine tuning. Having a food diary can be good for that.

You can also use it for fetish purposes as well.

Gainers grocery list

HRHB15:
Any updated ideas? I really need ideas for my grocery list. I feel like I’m in the same old routine of my junk food go to items. Any recommendations or new products you think I should try?

Don't make junk food your go-to. That's how you get the fast food brain rot (FFBR). Your brain needs nutrition to function, and when you don't have it, it gets dumb. Like ... really dumb.

To say nothing of the rest of your body shutting down and crumbling due to malnutrition.
