My best stuffing record ever was 30 slices of pizza, ~15 bread sticks, 5 cinnamon rolls, and 3 brownies. All in a little over an hour and 45 minutes.
I was at an All you can eat place.

Heartburn is to be expected. But the tearing sensation is a little worrying, perhaps you took it a bit too far. I'd say dial it back a notch next time you stuff.

Trying to "secretly" fatten someone up never works. Weight gain is something that anyone with any sense will notice. And when your fiance` does she may lash out, especially if she finds out you've been the cause of it.
All in all trying to secretly fatten someone is a very good way to end a relationship very quickly. If the girl means anything to you, you shouldn't even contemplate attempting this.
Your best bet is to lay all the cards out for her, and hope that she accepts what you tell her even if she doesn't agree to gain weight.

Belly-rubs hmm, I love rubbing my own belly. But I've never had a belly rub myself, nor rubbed anyone elses belly. So I'm not sure I'm qualified to have an opinion lol.

At most buffets here tongs or another tool is used for moving the food around. Food is rarely just grabbed off of the serving dishes in the US.
I've already sounded off on Buffets, so you know how I feel about them. But I must just add this, you get what you pay for. And at a buffet that's a lot of food, at a lower quality.
Which makes them very economical for the feedee on a budget. Which is precisely me right now. If I could afford gourmet stuffage, I sure as hell would go for it, but right now I'm confined by my very light pockets.
