As Iāve gotten bigger Iāve only worn my pants under my belly, well Iām running of real estate in that area.so to speak and my concern is that Iām wearing pants closer and closer to my parts, and itās applying pressure to that area do I just need to like buy bigger and start wearing them up at my belly? I know wearing your pants up really high make you look really really fat but like I donāt know what else to do. Curious what other guys have done or ladies with a guy in this situation.

During the summer I average around 20,000 to 31,000 steps a day, in the winter months I probably double it but itās less frequent thereās a day Iāll do probably a mile or in steps then for like a week I wonāt get more than 2000.

I got burnt out on them but theyāre pretty good. The advised serving sizes are pretty hilarious though. One cookie is supposed to serve like three people or something. In WHAT world š¤£

No but this is true! I used to work where sometimes we'd bring them in for other coworkers, we'd usually cut each cookie into quarters. They were indeed small pieces, I will say!
I guess that makes sense if you wanna try and sample all the flavors and donāt wanna eat an entire box to yourself

I am in love with these cookies I was introduced to them by a friend they have this Delicious orange dreamsickle cookie and itās the best. But there menu changes every week so no two same cookies week to week. This week has orange ones I got a bunch and lava cake cookies. I put down 4 already

Even if youāre not going it still costs you money, before I started gaining weight on purpose last year I retained a membership but I hadnāt been in like 2 years but it didnāt process the payment because I changed cards so I owed a whole bunch of money they kept bugging me and eventually I was like I havenāt been in 2 years can you just cancel it the bill was like 1000 dollars lol
