Bigsurprise:
As of today I have gained 72 pounds. I have gone from about 120 to my current 192. I have gone from a size 2/4 to a 14/16. My BMI has gone from a healthy 21.3 to an obese 34.
Part of me is wondering if I could stuff enough in the next two days to hit 200 by the time the ball drops on New Year's Eve. I think it would have to really be one huge stuffing on the 31st, since most of what I could eat today and tomorrow would be digested and gone, and the only way to have the scale show 200 would be from the volume of food consumed and not actual weight gained over the next couple of days (although I could feasibly gain a couple of legit pounds before then). If I could wake up at 194-195 on Thursday, I could certainly eat five pounds of food and drink just to see that number on the scale.
It could be a challenge worth trying.
Can't wait to find out how you did with this. And maybe what you think 2016 is going to be like for you. Happy New Year.

I have a hard time drinking heavy cream. I think it is the viscosity of the liquid that makes it hard to guzzle. On the other hand, I have no problem polishing off a pint of ice cream in one sitting....or drinking a huge milk shake. I suppose if I blended ice cream with heavy cream it would probably go down pretty easily. I ought to give it a try. I am getting so close to 200 and maybe this will put me over.
Add some cake batter and 2% milk and sweetened condensed milk in as well. It's a few thousand more fattening calories. Works like a charm!

That's a perfect scenario for reaching a Marvelous Milestone before New Years.
Especially if you have a Big Christmas dinner. And beyond the 200 major milestone you have two others coming up if you desire. 100 lbs gained. And then Double your original weight. Congratulations.
Will you get any surprised reactions at Christmas Dinner packing 70 plus extra lbs since last year?

Start with a Half Big Block of Sharp White Cheddar cut into thin slices. Or for easier effort use shredded sharp white cheddar. First take a saucepan and create a mixture of melted butter and add flour and milk until it gets thick and add whole milk and some additional flour and water mixed in a cup.Once this is nice and thick and hot start adding the white cheddar and milk alternately with nearly constant stirring. Also alternately add chunks of the cream cheese until you have added over a Quart of milk and all the cheeses into a nice thick bubbly sauce that you could actually eat by itself.
Prior to that.
You would have already cooked the macaroni according to package directions. I prefer 8 minutes for tender macaroni.
You would then pour into a colander and sprayed with Cold water. Take a large casserole or what I use is a aluminum pan (disposable ) called a Giant Lasagna pan. It's 3 inches deep. Spray with non stick spray in the pan. Add a layer of macaroni until the bottom is covered. Then a layer of shredded cheese. I used Kraft Triple Cheddar with cream cheese. And Kraft Colby Monterrey Jack and Cheddar with cream cheese. But any favorite shredded cheese is fine. Continue until you have used your macaroni and have macaroni across the top and hopefully 3/4 of an inch to spare at the top. Let it sit while you make the sauce. .
Pour the sauce evenly throughout the entire pan. Add a final layer shredded cheese. I usually use a different cheese for the top. Yesterday I experimented using Asiago on part of the top. It is sharper and it was Good. The rest I used Colby Cheddar and that was Equally Good
Bake covered in aluminum foil at 375 for 25 minutes. Uncover and bake for 20-30 more until it is bubbly and the top layer is looking a little brown.
Let sit for ten minutes before serving.
Other options that have worked well.
A quarter to third of a medium onion chopped added to the middle layer of macaroni Or into the sauce. It gives the cheddar a certain "tang " that I Love. But it's not for everyone so I leave it out or like yesterday sprinkled in a few pieces on one side for me. Yummy.
Also you can whip up one or two eggs into a batter as if you were making an omelette. Add some milk if desired. Pour this over the macaroni in the interior layers. Makes it Fluffy. Caution too much and you'll have little egg whites in the macaroni. Lol.
So in a nutshell. Onions and eggs optional. Shredded cheeses are Your choice.
Butter Flour Sharp White Cheddar and Cream Cheese and Milk make the Best Sauce in my now 25 years making it.
ENJOY.

My first dates after separating from my ex wife were with a former student now in her Forties. In high school she was one of the heavier girls at 5'1" and probably 180. When we dated she had ballooned to probably 300 plus. She was beautiful and felt Amazing. We parted amicably and found others. She was not a Feedee so she had lap band I think and is back to high school weight with a big husky biker looking guy who adores her. But She was My biggest date.

Home from the cruise and just weighed in at 183 for a gain of 16 pounds while at sea. No wonder I couldn't button the jeans I wore for the trip down when I got dressed this morning for the flight home.
I will try to post some pics tomorrow of the new fleshier me. But tonight I am just exhausted.
The Twelve Days of Christmas could very well yield 17 lbs and a Real Plus Size woman at Christmas Dinner! Wow!

My thought is that you're 1.Quite Beautiful. 2.If someone is dating you they feel the same as myself and pretty much everyone on this site.
So I would advise you to be honest about everything. Or fish for clues. Like saying you have been fat your whole life. Which is true. But the fishing part would be to say how you have fought hard to only be This Big. Also the truth. And another truth. You would Love to Not Worry and just enjoy yourself. Also the truth. His /her reaction will tell you all you need to know. Good luck.

Greetings from not so sunny Florida. (Flew down today...kind of dreary and gray.) Hit my 10% gain goal of 167 this morning. Tomorrow we set sail on our cruise. Wondering if I will be 180 by the time we return. Packing has been a challenge since none of my warm-weather clothes from this past summer come close to fitting. But I managed to squeeze into a few things.
Ate lunch at an Asian buffet today. It was huge. They don't have enough places like it in NYC. The food was better than expected. Sometimes I am surprised by how much I can at once now. What I used to think of as a huge stuffing, now just seems like a normal meal. But today's lunch was a stuffing, even by my revised "fat girl" standards. By the end, I was too stuffed to make another trip to the buffet. My boyfriend had to bring me plates of desserts (those colorful little cakes that look pretty but all taste kind of the same, pudding, almond cookies, and of course, ice cream). I think I literally waddled out of the restaurant.
Best part...my fortune cookie said "Your next endeavor could be the start of something big."
I think you'll gain 18 lbs as a Stretch Goal and weigh 185 when the cruise ends Even if you don't I would bet plenty you'll be past 180.Today's buffet was a Great Start!
