Doubts about accepting my fetish

I've thought the exact same way too. I even tried to gain at one point. Gained like 30lbs and ended up losing it all. But I always come back to this. My wife has gained quite a bit over our years together. She has had some reservations sometimes. But most of the time she owns it and doesn't let it bother her or slow her down. Of course she knows I love the way she looks. But her health takes priority. Thankfully she doesn't have any health issues. I have health issues, not from weight. But that make it very hard to gain. But, recently I have tried again to gain and have been much more succesful and have loved it so far. I also figure since I am now 41 that I won't have many years to enjoy being a larger size and not having health issues. So, I figure let me give it this one last try to gain a decent amount. If I lose it , I lose it. But at least I won't go my whole like wondering if I ever would have liked it more. I have gotten comments from family. But I knew I would. Most just think I am healthy, since I am normally underweight. Or I just blame it on medications. That eliminates all intent or reasons anyone might ask why. So now I am just trying to enjoy it the best I can for as long as I can. My wife thinks its great! So ya never know. you might really like it or find it suits you. Best of luck!

How many people know about your fetish?

MrCupeKe:
Does our fetish really need to be told? Fetish is basically something your sexually attracted to, so does your family and friends need to know what you like sexually, or would that be TMI?

I guess people like us, with an attraction towards such unhealthy and rare people, our fetish is more difficult to understand and looked down on by society, so we feel kinda alone or incomplete without validation that we can like chubby people

I agree! Only my wife knows everything. Most know I love my wife's size. Only one of my best friends knows I would like to be bigger.
As you said, it's all a pretty private topic. My wife and I are also very private about our sex life in general. It's no one else's business. Not even counting the fetish and kink stuff. To each their own I suppose. smiley

Giving up

Welcome! You aren't the first nor the last who has had that type of situation. There is a wealth of knowledge here. Ways to gain and keep an eye on your health. Or the opposite. To each their own.
Anyway, welcome again! I'd read through the forums. There is lots of info. Lots of threads that answer many questions I had when I first got here. Of course, there is also a chat to hang out with all the cool people here. smiley Best of luck in your journey! Take care!

Sucking your stomach in

allroy sez:
I’m at the point, after gaining over 50lbs, that when I suck in people ask me if I’ve been lifting weights or strength training because I’m so much more bulky all over. It would be so funny if at the moment some one asks that I just let the gut go slowly so it inflates right in front of them and answer “nah”

That must be a thing. I too have gotten people asking if I have been working out. Like no, just eating like crazy, lol. But, i was pretty skinny before... hell I still am. but that little extra weight must look healthy weight at first? Guess gotta just keep going so its damn obvious it's just fat, lol.

Sucking your stomach in

I used to suck it in when I was a kid. When I had been made fun of for that little baby weight I had. But, once my teens hit I was pretty much been skinny. So I've had nothing to suck in. But, since I have started gaining now I have caught myself sucking it in from time to time. Trying to hide what I have gained. But, fuck that! I then let it out, lol. I can't wait to get to the point where my belly is too big to suck it in and have it noticeably do anything. Gaining goals smiley

Medical steroids side effects.

I've been on corticosteroids many many times in my life because of my Crohn's Disease. Yes, they can cause quite a lot of weight gain. But, they have so many other horrid side effects.
The weight gain comes from increased appetite, water retention, and fat redistribution. It basically causes Cushing's Syndrome. Look that up if you wanna see what can happen. You also usually need to be on steroids for a decent amount of time for the weight gain side effects to happen. It's also dose-dependent. You have to be on them for usually weeks to months to get the full effect and it has to be systemic steroids. Which are the pills you swallow or IV injections. If it's a topical cream or injection to a specific spot then it isn't systemic. Yes, some can get into your bloodstream but usually not enough. Any question, lemme know smiley I'm not a doctor, but do have years and years of experience with them and have researched them a lot. But, don't take this as medical advise or anything smiley Best of luck!

Felt like i was having a heart attack?

MsMeganGenevieve:
So, I was doing a video today where I chugged a mix of butter, cream, and chocolate and when I was done I felt like I was having a heart attack. It was scary but also one of the most erotic feelings in the world! I’m getting so damn unhealthy and fat, my arteries are gonna be so clogged up! 🤤🤤🤤❤️

That sounds like problems with your gall bladder if you still have one. It stores bile that helps digest fats. So when you eat, especially food with a lot of fat in it, it releases the bile into your digestive tract. But, if there is a Gall stone or some other issue then you can get severe pain that can feel very much like a heart attack. Since the gall bladder is in a similar area. Might want to go to the doctor.

Best way to break a plateau?

I've often wondered this myself. Trying to plan for the future if I hit a plateau. One guess would be to go all out and try and over eat your way thru it. Another way I was thinking about is to fast for a day or so. With no food for those days your body might go into starvation mode and start to hold onto every calorie it can. I have no idea if either would work. But there is only so many things you can do. Eat or not eat, lol. Try one and try the other and see if there is any difference.
Also, not sure if you do, but keep a food journal. It helps you keep track of what you are eating and drinking and how many calories you are taking in. You may be able to pinpoint where the problem lies. Hope that helps a little. Best of luck! Let us know what ends up working for you. I would love to know that info if/when I hit a plateau in the future. smiley
