Intentional gaining philosophies

I'm not sure what I would label this, but in addition to being a stage-by-stage gainer and a stuffer, I've also had the goal of getting the biggest belly my body could handle. As I've put on 380 pounds, my belly has maintained a ball-like shape, and I've in part been motivated by the desire to make it fatter and increase my circumference

Supressing the fetish

At one point (and only once in my adult life), I decided to "get fit". I was around 370 pounds, and under my doctor's care, began a faithful diet and exercise regimen. During this time, I closed my feederism accounts, and I stayed away from YouTube even, because I knew I would engage with my fetish and start stuffing again. As my body shrank, I felt less and less comfortable in it. By the time I reached 190, I was the least happy I'd ever been.

Three and a half years later, I'm 571, which is 200 lb fatter than my previous high weight. I do moderate how much time I spend engaging with kink things, because I become very motivated to stuff, and realistically, I know I can't become 800 lb. But I still enjoy the sites, the friends I've made here, the forum, and the stories. For me, it's balance

I said all this to say, I've tried to make my kink go away, and I realized that didn't enhance my life at all. There are strategies I use when it becomes too invasive, like spending more time with my fiance, my dog, or watching a favorite show. I also find ways to enjoy fat life that don't make me gain 10 lb a week, like belly play, diet soda chugs, and exhibitionism in our home (i.e. wearing T- shirts I've outgrown so my belly is completely exposed.)

I had to get a belly rub and have my tummy patted and jiggled for a long time to get out a few burps just so I could get up to go to the bathroom. I still feel very "crowded" inside, and my fiance says my stomach still feels hard under my layers of fat.

Yeah cause who wants to get a DWS (driving while stuffed) idk about any of you but I have felt more impaired while driving coming home from a buffet than 1-2 beers. Also fewer steps once your at full capacity idk about everyone but I’ve been literally to full to walk up right

Super massive stuffings!

I've been maintaining for a while (give or take)... I've just kind of given myself about a three week break from maintenance. Today, I'm back to my normal intake. Breakfast was a smoothie, an everything bagel, and some cantaloupe, and lunch was a veggie burger, large salad, fries, and some water. Typically, 4,000 calories a day is maintenance for me, because after all, I'm a really big girl.

That said, I do gain weight from a weekend like this one. I'm still very bloated (the skin on my belly even feels tigggghht, and I feel like my center of gravity is off.) My pants are uncomfortable so I'm wearing them rolled down all the way under my gut. I'd guess, based on past stuffings, I'll probably keep 8 to 10 pounds from this go around!

- 2 cheese and turkey croissants
- One yogurt parfait

Lunch 1 - 2100 calories
_ Large Dr. Pepper
- 3 double cheeseburgers
- 2 large fries

Lunch 2 - 1500 cal
- 3 Fish tacos
- Large Baja salad
- Large Margarita

Snack - 840 cal
- 4 Lemon bars

Dinner 1 - 3100 cal
- 2 full size dinner plates of lobster mac & cheese
- 12 inch cheese and garlic sour dough loaf
- 1 glass of Cabernet

Dinner 2 - 1700 cal
- 3 cups of rice
- Large serving of teriyaki broccoli
- 3 grilled chicken breasts

I'm not sure where I'll settle with weight gain from all this food, but my fiance felt my belly several times yesterday, and he says he can still feel my hard, bloated, stomach under all my fat. Several times yesterday, I was so full I couldn't breathe, and I started sweating profusely. I have to say, I've missed that sensation, since it's been a while since I last went to these kind of extremes. Today, it's back to work, so the fun is over for a bit, but I'm enjoying the results of still feeling completely ballooned out. I do

Increasing stamina while obese?

Probably wouldn’t be the worst idea however to go outside and walk around for an hour or two each day is free and doesn’t need a commitment like putting a exercise bike that it’ll probably just get used for a few days and then forgotten about, I get that it wares you out belive me but might as well start somewhere free


I do the same. Initially I tried at 200 feet, but now, cumulatively, I get about 6,000 to 7,000 steps, which isn't bad for someone my size.
