Intake

Bigwideland:
I guess this indicates my eagerness to grow.

But I found in recent big meals, I can down more as a shake, than food you have to masticate. So I am thinking to blend some foods into a thick paste, so you can swallow a big mouthful in one go, no crewing required.

I can see this could increase my intake before fullness kicks in , and will improve digestion rates, to ensue even more intake.

Do other do this?

BWL.

This is called pre-digestion. You make the foods easier to consume by needing to chew them less.

Personally, I do not want to have a club sandwich smoothie. Takes all the enjoyment out of eating, and some foods do not smoothie.

Like, you do you boo, but I'm gagging.

Anybody know if it's possible to be fit and mobile while fat?

SkinnyD:

I think that's more attractive personally, and I like the idea of surprising people who expect the fat person to be slow and clumsy.

Bigandbloated:
That's also another concern of mine, that people would catch on to the kink. Because if someone is very athletic but obese, they'd be wondering "then why is he still fat"? And you'd either have to lie, or say it's because you actually enjoy being fat, in which case they might conclude "oh so it's a weird fetish thing huh"? I'm probably overthinking it too much though...

You are certainly overthinking it.

There are a lot of fit fat people in this world. Most people don't assume they have a fetish.

Skin care under the belly apron.

Bigwideland:
Hi

I have noted that are area of skin under big belly aprons that is always in contact this other skin and does nit get much light if air, can be discoloured. I use moisturiser and anti bacterial soap, but was wondering what other maintenance is able good to have the skin look as normal as possible.

The most important thing is keeping the area dry. Not dehydrated. Your skin needs to have moisture. But it can't be too too damp. I know some people swear by powdering the area.

How to not get stretch marks??

Elis137:
So I’ve been using pregnancy stretch mark lotion to try and prevent stretch marks. But idk if it’s going to work. Just really would love some tips or tricks to not get stretch marks

There isn't a sure fire way to prevent it. You can use all the lotion you want. You can avoid rapid gains. But there's no promise you can completely avoid them. Maybe minimize, but that's about it.

Love the look of being bigger and the feel of the fat, but not the feeling of being overweight?

Munchies:
I'm curious. Did you gain quickly? It's pretty common to feel like that if you've been thin all your life and suddenly gain weight.

Your identity is being thin. And now you're not. It can be a struggle.

Amijustcurious:
Maybe faster than a person without this fetish would gain, but not noticably so. I didn't really keep track, but given how long it took I probably averaged about .5 to 1lbs a week, off and on for about 8 months. From what I've read, that's within the range of healthy gaining speeds.

If you didn't keep track, then it definitely makes sense that your body feels foreign to you. Like the you in your head doesn't match the you that you see.

And that's okay.

Often, feedees and gainers are so focused on the physical aspects of gaining that they forget about the mental aspects.

Love the look of being bigger and the feel of the fat, but not the feeling of being overweight?

Amijustcurious:
I don't know if my title makes any sense; I'll try to explain my thoughts more clearly.
I've always been on the slimmer side, ranging from about average to underweight (due to medical stuff), but I've been into this stuff for a long time- always wanting to give gaining a shot. A couples years ago the stars sort of aligned, and I was able to gain almost 30lbs. This isn't as much as it sounds given my height, and didn't even tip me over into the overweight BMIs, but I don't have a ton of muscle mass so this made me very soft and gave me a bit of a belly, bigger hips, some breast growth, etc.
I absolutely loved how I looked at that size; it made me feel feminine and plushy in a way I had never experienced before. I also loved how it felt to play with the extra fat I had grown. Even outside of an erotic sense, it was just nice to be sort of jiggly. Looking at it only from these POVs, I would have gained another 30+lbs in a heartbeat.
The problem came from how I felt with the added weight. It made me really uncomfortable in a way that's difficult to describe. Basically any time outside of arousal I had this feeling. The way it felt to move while heavier, having my clothes fit tighter, getting out of breath more easily, even things like the way my fatter arms felt sitting against my sides. It wasn't about any sort of societal norms or anxiety about being bigger (as far as I could tell), so I really don't know what was causing it. The closest thing I can compare it to is body dysmorphia (not dysphoria, gaining was actually very gender affirming).
Has anyone else felt anything similar? I've been getting the itch to gain some again, but I'm hesitant to potentially bring those feelings back.

Pasta dishes non bake.

Bigwideland:
Hi,

I want to take a reheat-able pasta dish, to do as a batch and portion up for work. As I often do not eat lunch at work. I can do bolognaise. But a few more will be good easy and tasty, not excessive on the cheese. Amy suggestions.

Ever try a pasta salad? Those things are good.

How did you overcome societal pressures?

Iridescent Pearly:
My family and a few people at school have commented on my weight gain. Stating I have no self control. How did you overcome your internalized fat phobia?

Never had any fatphobic comments from anyone other than my family. Mind you, I am not, nor have I ever been fat. They just project their insecurities onto me.

I put up boundaries and enforced them. Took them a few months, but they eventually stopped.

Anybody know if it's possible to be fit and mobile while fat?

Bigandbloated:
Essentially what I'm asking is if it's possible to be like Bob from Tekken
.

Part of the problem I'm facing is there are activities I like to do and want to get better at like dance and obstacle running, that are making me hesitant about committing to this kink. Right now I'm building muscle anyway, so it feels nice to indulge in it since I have to be in a calorie surplus (just call it a dirty bulk). Only question is whether I'll have to eventually decide to cut when it starts to interfere with my performance too much.

It's possible to be in really good shape as a fat person, but how that looks will vary from person to person. Your nimbleness will take a hit no matter what, but that doesn't mean it will be severe.

A note on weight/disability

Ditzy:
There is this one lady in my Overeaters Anonymous group that is on disability for knee problems ( she claimed was because of her weight) but she seems to walk ok.
We both weigh about the same but she is taller than me.
She mentioned I should try to get it and I said I don't think I want to.

MRFATS53:
For me, you are fat and so desirable so it's hard to square with 'a disability'. So agree with you.

That's? Not how disability works?

I'm not saying that fat equals disability. However, how horny you feel about someone doesn't have any impact on whether or not they are disabled.

It's like saying "Whether or not a it rains today depends on if my dog rolls over." These are two wholly unrelated things.
