I was struggling a bit last year with the weight I’ve gained with Covid like 60 pounds lol putting me over 300 I actually started the year wanting to lose weight, and my New Years res was to lose weight and here I am in August 40 pounds heavier. I tried, I really went all in it’s just not as easy as I was when I was younger, I cut from 160 to 125 for wrestling yearly back in the day… so I looked more into fat acceptance and body positivity, and I found there was people who WANTED to gain weight as in be fat! And basically I was hooked right in.

Getting healthy options is a good idea. Personally, I would encourage my roommate/friend to buy their own food. Say it’s about money or whatever.

I’ve been having to adjust my belly after sitting down, if I don’t my belly pushes down on other parts of my body causing discomfort

I’ve just laughed off any comments I’ve received, but to be fair I haven’t seen all that many people since I put on all this weight so tbd???
I was asked a while back how much I weigh these days and I chucked and said up, and they just laughed with me.

Nah, I think it's the stress eating. World's on fire. People eat as a coping mechanism. COVID lbs are no joke.
It do be a good look, tho.

I don’t think it’s a stress thing, I think it’s just a boredom not being able to go to the gym or being as active, thing
For me it was just being more comfortable to being able to eat whatever I want, where as before I felt guilty or judged when I went out or ordered

Boredom from lockdown is def part of it. But there's also the stress eating part of it as well.
I just looked a bit into stress eating and Covid stress and can definitely see it now. Those big binges of greasy burgers and milkshakes after a big day make sense.

I’m just a man who enjoys being fat tbh I don’t expect much from people on the internet never have never will, if we bond over a love of fatness cool I see it no differently than any of my other hobbies.
