Would it be bad to stuff myself every meal?
Yeah, if for no other reason than to keep from expanding your capacity too far. You'll always be hungry, eat a lot more to get full. It's less reversible than getting fat itself.

Well, I can't say much about finding people, but if you're serious about getting fatter, work on your capacity. Stuff yourself if you can, then top yourself off as you digest. Expanding your stomach makes for more calories digested (and craved) at every meal. Now, don't go stuffing every meal, just stretch a bit, then just eat until full.

I'd say keep up with light exercise, but perhaps more importantly, sleep. A job like that can knock you out with weird hours.

What shoes do you wear? Not just while walking or working out, but also at a job. Bigger people need good shoes.

Especially in the medical field it would seem there are few careers that are more sedentary than not. If you could find something to do in a hospital, perhaps at a desk, with good pay and relatively light work, it would be easier to gain weight. Being 400+ plus pounds wouldn't make you ineligible for such a job, especially if you prove to be good at it and make an impression of same.

There's a balance struck between privacy and showing off, but the most important thing either way is to be smart. Just know what's right for you.

I really have to like something to eat a lot of it without a flavor or texture break.
