My feeder making me so fat that I can't reach around my huge gut to pleasure myself... I would be dependent on her even for that...

I liked the comment, "Man, you really porked out!"
I've also had numerous comments about the size of my moobs, whether it is someone saying they're bigger than their girlfriend's, or a woman telling me I have bigger boobs than her... The most recent was "they're bigger than your head!"

my goal is to be healthy, strong, and fat.
That is what my feeder and I are striving for, as well.
She was a BBW when we met over a decade ago. Now she's an hard-bodied athlete who exercises every day, treats nutrition very seriously, and even competes in marathons and triathlons! So she's learned a bit about exercise & nutrition.
Even though she's fattening me up (hoping to hit 400 lbs this year, and then work towards 500 maybe?), she makes sure we walk together for at least 90 mins every night. She takes me swimming with her once a week (sometimes twice).
I think I'm going to have to return to weigh lifting to keep my strength up, though. I've noticed the last 50 lbs have really been weighing me down.

I love this kind of situation. It happens every so often, and I always kinda hope it's weigth gain, not baby gain (nothing against babies, honest... but you know!).
I got this a couple times myself as my belly was growing initially.

Becoming submissive to my feeder has kind of progressed as time has passed.
Initially the rule was simply: I eat what she tells me, when she tells me.
Her domination has extended since then... She picks out what I'm going to wear when we go out, she controls not just what I eat now, but also my sex life (the two are obviously very related). Gradually more and more of the decision making is going to her.
Combined with the increased teasing of how fat I'm getting, what a pig I am, and how much bigger my moobs are than hers (especially as she becomes more fit), I am quite enjoying it!

We've experimented with this a couple of times, and they've been some of the MOST erotic experiences I've ever had!
Both times involved me being tied up or hand-cuffed. The first time was with my feeder, alone. The second time involved her "apprentice feeders" as she like to call them. She also used a funnel, which was a little scary and a little thrilling, as my hands were bound.
Highly, highly. highly recommend this to all feeders & feedees, I can't recommend it enough. So much fun!

I dont think theres any such thing as a way to become obese and stay perfectly healthy.
You can minimize risks, but its just plain unhealthy to be obese. Cant really disagree with science on this one.
But that's life in general, isn't it? The healthiest of us will die, and some of them will die young! My grandmother lived to almost 100 with high blood pressure for over 50 years, and she was a big fatty who enjoyed a great quality of life until nearly the very end.
All I'm saying is: prolonging life (or extending quality of life) is all about dealing with risk. Being obese poses some risks, as does driving to work daily, living in certain places, and diet (even for skinnies!).

Does not sound like a real strategy to me or maybe you just did not define the important aspects clearly enough.
Who is your gainer? I would like to discuss with them about their nutritional knowledge.
My feeder is my wife. If you read my story here, it will tell you more or less the basics.
For specific nutritional advice, there's tonnes of resources. But common sense is the most valuable. Is it good to eat tonnes of processed sugar, or processed foods of any kind? No. Does it increase your risk of diabetes? Maybe, but everyone is different (genetics has a lot to do with it). What kinds & volumes of cholesterol are you ingesting, etc. could impact your health.
Lots to consider, but my feeder and I (the feedee impacted by this) believe, and I think have proven, that you can gain weight & get fat by eating great volumes of healthier food rather than resort to vast increases in high fat, high sugar items, etc.
Not to say I don't have my cake and eat it too, I am not 100% a health food nut! But I try to make sure my diet is balanced - lots of fruit & veg, lots of fiber, and so forth.

I agree with the previous posters, here's what has worked for me in the last 8 or 9 months:
-eat large volumes of food to stretch out your stomach capacity. Whn you start to feel full, push yourself a little more each day. You will find that this is what drives you to get seconds, thirds, fourths, etc., and I attribute my quick gains to this.
-as FatL0vr touched on, you can eat a lot but don't eat crap. Stay away from too many transfats, too much processed sugar, and too much sodium. As my feeder puts it: "You want to get fat, not sick."
Good luck on your exciting journey!

When I married my feeder, I was just a relatively skinny FA and she was a BBW... It took the better part of a decade for our roles to change.
She lost weight for health reasons, which I wasn't thrilled about, but I was certainly ok with. I just gained weight unintentionally, and suggested I should lose it when it became noticable. She said, "No, I like it," and suggested I gain more rather than lose.
Thus a feeder/feedee relationship was born!
