I've got a theory about this. I'm quite large, not terribly submissive but definitely not dominant either. I think it has more to do with the extra weight taking up more of your bodies available energy than it has to do with any feminizing effect of weight gain.
My theory anyway

It is possible yes, though they mostly become deeper. After a while though the actual "button" will start to get a sort of bowl shaped area around it that will get wider too.

I myself am a gainer, and I think the bigger I am the happier I would be. But I do like slim girls the best *though on a side bar I'm finding myself more attracted to very large women...both ends of the spectrum, go figure*. But ideally I'd like to have a slim FFA who's inclined to be a feeder also. In my mind that would be perfect.

Long of the short, yes you can be both. I have a few feeder tendencies myself that I've been noticing more lately...yet oddly I'm still much more attracted to slim girls than I am larger ones.
