Beer or wine for a feedee

Jaysonpens7:
What is the best results for weight gain after work. 3-4 beers or 2-3 glasses of wine.

If this is for your nurse feedee, go with their preference. Weight gain is easier if they consume what they prefer.

Nurse lunches?

Jaysonpens7:
What would be a good high calorie lunch to pack a feedee who has to eat rather quickly?

Judging by the title, I assume said feedee is a nurse in one of the more hectic fields like the ER. Which means they are probably living off of energy drinks and snacks.

I'd still pack them because they are the only thing getting them through the end of those hectic days. But it's still good to pack a lunch even if they only end up eating it after they clock out.

Focus on high calorie nutritious foods so they have energy and focus. Bonus points if you cook it yourself. Stay away from fried foods because they'll just get soggy.

Do they have any preferences or restrictions?

Force feeding

Kmf:
I am a lover of force feeding once I was able to do it but I felt I did it wrong so I would like to know your experiences with force feeding and tips to be able to do great next time

When force feeding, boundaries need to be discussed before hand. There also needs to be a safe word or gesture in case it gets too much for either partner.

There are several ways to force feed - funnel feeding, hand feeding, time limits, and verbal/text demands to name a few. No matter how you do it, you have to keep your feedee's limits in mind.

Whenever I'm breaking in a new feedee sub so to speak, I am pretty gentle during the first session. This is to gage what their hard and soft limits are. From there, I can decide how forceful I can be.

Sometimes, when dealing with a new feedee, they will insist they are capable of dealing with a lot of things. Take this with a cupful of salt. New feedees often (but not always) overestimate their capabilities. Be prepared to pump the breaks ahead of time. The two of you can discuss if this is a hard limit or a soft limit to overcome in time.

Feedees love it when you respect their capabilities while keeping their safety in mind.

Gaining playlist

Chonkolate:
Sometimes stuffing feels like a workout and I thought wait a minute maybe there is music that matches well with that haha. Am I the only one? Drop tunes if you want

My partner likes to listen to R&B radio when he's stuffing sometimes. He likes having background noise.

Best fattening way to use remote control vibrator?

Finickyfeedee:
I recently got a remote control wearable vibrator and would like to use it to try to condition myself to eat more. Has anyone got experience with this? What’s the best way to do it - every time you eat (within the bounds of appropriate settings, of course), or only when eating a specific fattening food to try to form a strong connection? Or is it more effective to do it only when stuffed to your limit?

Munchies:
It depends on what you're trying to achieve. Keep in mind, you are tying sexual pleasure to an act to achieve a desired outcome.

If you tie sexual pleasure to a specific food or beverage, then you'll get horny whenever you encounter it. If you tie the act of eating (in an appropriate context) to sexual pleasure, then you'll tie your specific flavor of feedism to sexual pleasure.

There is a flip side to this. If you enhance your desire to eat with sexual pleasure, you tie your sexual pleasure to your desire to eat. This can form addictive behaviors. I highly discourage doing this solo because it is very easy to go off the deep-end.

I've done this with a number of feedees, and it's always a good time. But when I do, I have to monitor their behaviors closely and intervene if they start going off the deep end. Also, if you decided to stop or cut back for one reason or another, it's exceptionally hard to stop.

Kimllyy:
Why is it easier to go off the deep end when solo?

Becuase you have no one to support you or hold you accountable. When you associate belly stuffing, an activity you enjoy, with sex, something you also enjoy, it creates a feedback loop in your brain. As such, it makes it easier to fall into addictive behaviors.

That said, if you decide to have a feeding partner, it's better to pick someone that won't enable you. You need someone that will help you to enjoy yourself without destroying your life. Kinda like safety harness.

Weight gain

Ditzy:
You are probably correct but you would have to drink it all day long every day.
I never cared much forit because it was too sweet for me.
I do drink diet Pepsi but not in large amounts.

Soda is notorious for making people fat. Just cutting it out of your diet and making no other changes is enough to lose some weight.

But you are right about over consumption making people sick. HFCS will mess you all the way up is you drink too much.

The problem is that there are a lot of feedist on this site who would take the risk. I feel bad for them. Every time I run into them a few months down the line, they are some of the most miserable people I've seen.

Weight gain

Ditzy:
Really is no one food that makes you gain other than heavy cream.
Water and soda do nothing really because you pee 90% of it out anyway..

Soda does lead to weight gain. It's the high fructose corn syrup that gets you.
