Are there any suggestions for supplements you take for feminizing supplements (wanting female fat) without growing cone shape boobs? I live with family and am just starting growth journey, they would be able to easily see breast growth. Can I take pueraria mirifica, saw palmetto, and others without boobs growth?
I have a question. Why are we wanting to avoid cone-shaped boobs?
Your hormones may influence whether or not you have boobs, but the size and shape comes down to genetics. And if you want to feminize your body with natural hormone therapy, you risk getting boobs.
You can wear things to squish them down or at least minimize their appearance.

Hopefully a long term heavy cream drinker could tell you, unfortunately a lot of people seem to lose the energy to keep drinking heavy cream after 2 weeks, or lose the energy to keep reporting on it. Ive been going on 5 weeks so far and the last 3 weeks stuff keeps coming up to disturb me. It seems the sharp short term gain happens to everyone, I'm going to assume that it goes down and the plateaus into a lower constant weight gain?
Hamp:
Thanks for the answer.
Yes I feel it now at it has started to come up more and more, and I’m relly unsure if I will continue drinking. But I have feel I have been more jiggly and that’s a positive
I will add that you should be careful not to overdo it on the heavy cream and not to go for more than a month straight.
In my experience as an extreme feeder, overdoing it on the heavy cream can cause digestive issues and make you feel sluggish. It's also not good to have elevated blood triglyceride levels for extended periods.
This is purely anecdotal, so take this next part with a grain of salt. I've noticed that when gainers or feedees push themselves to gain as much as possible, their bodies start to have issues around the two-week to one-month mark. I am not sure why that is, but I've seen it a lot.

Hey sis! Thank you so much for taking the time to respond. I really appreciate your kind approach. I have talked to my fiancé about my fetish, and he is supportive of me doing what I feel is best for my body and what is most honoring to God.
I totally understand what you mean about thin not being super healthy either. There is a balance.
One thing I have done recently is put away the scale, eat when and what I want. I do half-day fasts occasionally to edify my spirit. There is a verse that talks about how the flesh is in opposition to the spirit. Meaning earthly pleasures can be in opposition to the spirit. Gluttony is one of the 7 deadly sins. I say this as someone who struggles with it. No judgement at all on others.
There is a bit of a deviant nature to wanting to watch someone fatten up or to wanting someone to fatten you up. Self control is one of the qualities of the fruit of the spirit. And intentionally gaining seems in opposition of that.
On the other side, people can obsess about calorie counting and exercise obsessively. Equally unhealthy.
I think you are right about striking a balance. I feel peace about maybe intentionally filling out a bit before the wedding day. Just to what feels right in my spirit.
I still struggle with lust of the flesh (literally) and being on this site indulges that. But I’m trying to not repress the impulse and to try to get to a balanced place.
Once my fiancé and I are married, I feel like it will be healthier to express my urges because we will no longer be abstaining from sex.
And we both are eager for that day!
Alright, sister. Be blessed. I wish you well on your endeavors. Also congrats on your upcoming wedding!

I've been maintaining around 570 throughout the warm weather months, so my brain actually forgot I'm still 80 pounds heavier than I was last fall. So imagine my surprise when I pulled out my winter clothes, which range from ill-fitting, to painfully tight, to unable to cover my gut, to not fitting at all. I'm also too fat to zip the winter coat I bought last year. That makes sense, considering I blew up during the holiday season and then continued to pack on some pounds in early spring.
Super-sized folks (and significant others), any brands/makers you can recommend for warm coats in the 9XL and 10XL range?
Morbidly A Beast:
You might have better luck finding something nice in the big and tall for men I’m not sure what 10 xl women translates to for men but it might be somewhere to start
Plus ... superior pockets.
My partner recently sacrificed one of his hoodies to me (he ain't getting it back) and I am obsessed with the giant pocket.

Even though I'm actually still technically normal weight/skinny I get chest pains regularly when I try to gain weight. I've seen a doctor about it and he reckons its just "stress" or reflux. Well it never co-incides with the rare times I get reflux. Also I have no stress really.
Basically it isn't a squeezing pain but sort of twinging in the left side of chest going into my shoulder/left arm. I said it feels like angina but the doctor just said "your not having a heart attack". Yeah no shit.
But it doesn't seem reflux related to me either. And it only happens when I try to gain weight (I told the doctor that). He said its probably reflux therefore. My blood pressure is pretty normal if that matters. But it does bother me.
Also he didn't seem to be bothered about me gaining weight because I look like a twig anyway.
Soi wonder if I actually have heart failure starting or coronary artery disease or something. Except that this doesn't seem to be triggered by exersion. I worry about everything though. I am a real hypochondriac anyway.
As someone who's always been skinny before then I would like some input on this. It it normal to get chest pains if you eat a lot of fatty stuff? Am I just over-thinking?
I highly down you are having heart failure or have heart disease based on your doctors reaction as well as the issues only flaring up when you eat a lot of fatty foods. I wouldn't be shocked if it's your gall bladder crying out for mercy as is struggles to process everything.
You may wanna switch up your tactics. High fat diets are fun and all, but what you really need is a high calorie diet. You can get that with things like carbs and protein. But don't go too hard on the carbs. Good way to end up constipated.
I saw somewhere where you have been using heavy cream to gain. Imma level with you. You are probably consuming more than your body can tolerate. Cut back on it and use it in cooking instead of drinking. Try to use it as a weight gain supplement rather than the main show. You should get the bulk of that with food.
And make sure you are eating fruits and veggies. It will keep you regular. You won't believe how much constipation will make gaining miserable.

My beloved sister in Christ, I am come to you as someone who is also blessed and highly favored. I'm also a former gainer turned feeder and a cult survivor who has gone through many years of deprogramming as well.
Beloved you are overthinking this.
Being fat is no a sin. And gluttony is not about overeating. Gluttony is about satisfying your wants at the expensive of others. So yes, this can mean eating a lot of food, but it's not the only thing.
On top of that being fat does not necessarily mean being unhealthy. On the flip side, being thin doesn't mean health either. I was a sickly child who was underweight for much of my life. When I started my gaining journey, I stopped getting sick as much.
Mind you I was not living off of fast food either. I ate healthy and worked out. I'm currently rocking the athletically think look.
I'm currently in a relationship with a very large man. Now, he is looking to get fitter and lose some weight, but that is his choice. He doesn't want to be slim. He just wants to be able to keep up with me and any future kids we might have.
Now, there are some people on here that do enjoy eating a lot and being lazy. But that isn't a moral failing. They aren't going to Hell because they like their jiggly thighs and fluffy bellies. And neither are you.
It's all about finding your balance and what works for you. If you repress this, it will just fester and explode. Better to find your balance instead.
Have you talked to your fiancé about your feelings? If he is a man worth half his salt, he will love you as Christ loves the church. He will want to hear about your cares. You're going to be his helpmeet, his life partner. If he is worthy of you, then he will be happy to help you figure this out.
If not? Dodged a bullet.

I'm a mutual gainer, and a feedee. I am heavily interested in gaining weight, withbor without someone. It is the major part of my interests in feedism, and when I talk with people interested to chat. But some people just... always beg for encouragement for themselves, for money for their food, and because I enjoy helping I give it my all to tease, encourage, ect. It gives me joy to see them glut out. But then when I'm just asking for my turn they ignore me, give so little effort into it, and leave me feeling manipulated just for a quick tease. After a while, it really starts to wear you down to be denied the major part of an interest you deeply enjoy.
I'm sorry love. That sounds horrid.
I will say that as recovered people pleasure, the best thing you can do is advocate for yourself early on. When you are in your submissive, it's really easy to give too much of yourself to make the other person happy. But understand that submission is a gift you should only give to the worthy.
You don't gotta be like me and be ready to throw hands. A simple, "No, I don't want to do that. This is what I want to do" and then stick to your guns is also good. It's a little scary if you aren't used to it, but I believe in you.

Stefan:
So im in relationship with perfect girl for me. I like her personality, humour, looks, ideas, she is really nice and kind to everyone. We are 1 year into relationships and both think this is going to be long term relationship, everything is going smoothly. Also she is normal weight around 130 and trying to loose little bit od weight(which i totally support). So i feel really guilty about having this fetish and fantasising sometimes about feeding her. I think she is gorgeous as she is rn but i cant help but think how would she look little bit bigger(she doesn't know i have this fetish im too ashamed to tell her, but she knows i like thick, curvy girls). So i come to conclusion i want to try to get rid of this fetish i think it will improve our relationship and i think i will feel much better if i dont have thoughts of fattening her up and encouraging her to eat. I always try to support her but this fetish sometimes hinders me. Does anyone have any similar experiences or know anyone that does? Have anyone tried to get rid of this fetish of knows how to?
I think you two need to have an open, honest, respectful adult conversation about each other's preferences, desires, and how to navigate the relationship. You guys could overcome this together so long as you are mindful of her wants, needs, and boundaries.
If you repress it, it will bubble up and explode sometime down the line.

The past 8 months have been very different to the first timevi gained over 550. I am 15 years older and have unstable thyroid post radiation treatment for graves desiese. My weight increase in the past 4 months has been rapid. And I have lost the ability to walk more than 50 metres with out needing to rest. My lower legs are retaining fluid tonight my ankles calf and feet are tight like a drum.So yes many issues, I am waiting to see if my higher dose of thyroxine reduces my fluids and improves my cardiovascular proforance. If not I may have so degree of heart failure. So will go back to my GP and find a fat friendly cardiologist to see what can be done.
Munchies:
I wish you well.
Bigwideland:
Thanks, my GP indicates it's my thyroid. And it most likely is. But no harm seeing a heart guy to see how it going, I am.going to a lung capacity test soon. I had some episodes of mild pneumonia since I turned 50. The joy of getting old and very fat. Non the less I am not one to panic will do and see the right people for the best management of my lifestyle.
Literally the only thing you can do is what you feel is best for you. Hope things get sorted in a way you are happy with.
