Kraft Mac and Cheese. Add a can of Evaporated milk and some shredded cheddar. It makes it delicious and even more fattening.

Never quite tripled my starting weight but have doubled it twice.
Started off at 115 and ended up at 388 lost some weight and gained a lot of it back all over a 10 year period.
I am at 315 now so officially double my original weight
again.
Tracii unless the 115 is a typo you were actually at Three times your weight and a few lbs more at your highest.345 would be three times 115.
I actually just wanted to tell You how Absolutely Marvelous you're looking at 315.

I know of someone from here. 110 lbs at high school graduation. 140 lbs Freshman year of college. 175 lbs at age 26.230 lbs at 27.380 lbs at 28.
And 511 before 30.Almost quintuple.
I like this topic.I always think of gains in terms of 50 and 100 lb gains. And then in terms of double and triple gains.Generally from the age of 18 or more .Whatever age the steady adult weight began to change.

One of my Facebook friends is a Gorgeous 5'9" Movie Star looks 40 something blonde.
Successful in business and a great family woman. She has had times in the last ten years of working out and dropping from 160 to 140.And other times reaching 190 and doing Zumba to get back to 170.Just last night she posted about Three different people observing that she's gained weight. (I would guess from her pics that she is probably at her highest weight ever and nearly 200) .She's not into our thing and is starting up her own Zumba class .But my point is that Everyone who commented on her post was telling her she looks Amazing and to only reduce for Her.
It is just a shame that people feel they have the right to comment about what the person who has gained already is aware of.
And one of her friends is naturally super thin and gets an equal amount of flak.
People should keep those opinions and observations to themselves

That is a terrific measurement Mrs.JellyBelly
I think it's the most reliable measurement for tracking fat weight gain.I always recommend that belly measurement should be somewhere near the belly button and around the love handles because that's where fat can accumulate and is less affected by digestion etc than the waist measurement.

So great to see a relationship where both partners are on the same page. It can be rare.
Nothing to offer on role play. But gaining. Cake batter and ice cream and milk.With optional heavy cream and sweetened condensed milk.
Also good old fashioned pancakes. And kraft mac and cheese with evaporated milk and shredded cheese added. Hope that helps.

I have had many conversations with members here going backsseveral years. Conversations about things that weren't posted here. Encouraged a big gain of 8 lbs in 2 days when we didn't have message limits. And then poof.The lady didn't delete in some cases. Just dropped out and stopped coming here.Or as in the topic. Deleted suddenly. In all the cases it had nothing to do with me. It was "real life" getting in the way sometimes. Or maybe bad comments or accusations of fakery on the site.Sometimes a spouse or partner gets jealous of good friendships and that causes inactivity.
But I truly believe it's not you Nomorediets260 that caused him to leave. Just as it wasn't me who caused my friends to leave or become completely inactive. And like You when they return I am happy to pick right back up with the friendship. It doesn't mean that it's pleasant when they go away though. I get very melancholy whenever it's happened.

I'm going Saturday night to my 40th Reunion weighing about 220 and having been that weight at my 35th as well. But I graduated weighing 152.
So looking back at the 5th reunion one woman had gone from a Chubby Curvy 170 ish to about 220 and I found myself dancing with someone who I had zero interest in during high school. Lol
At the 10 th a lady friend of mine had added 50+ lbs. At the 25th a very short former "It" girl
had gained So Much that she was mistaken by many for another classmate who was chubby in high school.
Reunions are always great for FA'S.

Assuming you're not around the roommate 24/7 try all of these tips which are excellent.
My recommended food supplement is Two Cloverhill Iced Honeybuns per day. They're at a lot of convenience stores. Delicious. Available in White or Chocolate Icing.
700 calories each.100% or nearly 100% of the calories are carbs and fats.
Also white bread or rolls with butter. Easy to add a few hundred extra calories a day even in the roomates presence during"healthy meals".
