Heavy cream and lactose intolerance

aviators13:
If you take the lactaid pills, it says to take 3 after your first bite or drink. It works for me, but if it doesn't, Silk now puts out a dairy free heavy cream, which has the same amount of calories as the regular. A little more expensive though. But worth it.

If it’s dairy free... then what is it???
Oh, that's really useful to know. Thanks!

Are there any yo-yo gainers here?

Ditzy:
Kind of in that situation right now.
Lost close to 80 lbs last year because I had gotten so heavy it was getting hard to do normal things.
I have gained back 15 lbs of what I had lost and I feel kind of guilty and naughty about it.

I had gained past 300, and have lost some of it ( but I love the softness left behind), but feel like I’m slowly gaining it back. Yo-Yoing. You just can’t keep a feedee down, weight that is.

I’ve noticed that as I have gained and expanded. Certain area have been made hairless due to rubbing on clothes. These area’s include the inner thighs, shoulder blades and around the belly button and others. Well it ever grow back?
Another indicator of how fat I’ve become.

Forced from fit to fat

boundandfeed:
At what point is it to late to lose the weight? This has always gotten to me, love the thought of being trapped (bound by the fat), and unable to lose the weight and even if I were to try....
I would end up bigger than before.

alelectromigration:
It's an event horizon. You don't quite know until you've passed it smiley

Yes, and it will be to late do anything about it. A fatty for the remainder of ones life.

Plus size shopping

ExpandingCuriosity:
Always check thrift stores. They're going to be the cheapest option and sometimes there are decent things.
After that, I don't know where a good option for men is... but I know Torrid has cute options for women in bigger sizes.

I have noticed that thrift have changed with the advent of the internet. It was fun up until everyone had access to it and now everyone knows the value of things. I have seen plenty of well-off folks who buy it cheap here and resell it for much more online.

Chub rub

I found diaper ointment to be very soothing and protects the skin from future rubbing.

Deciding to get fat... any advice/experiences?

boundandfeed:
Some changes?

becomingoverweight:
I was just referring to sex hormone levels and leptin.

Between the obesity and lower sex hormone levels, the feeder controls
more than just weight gain. It starts to impact the feedees day-to-day sex life.
