I don't know how I did it but I ate the whole thing (on top of a big dinner). I feel huge and i a weird way powerful right now.

In my case it was the first time I ate a huge family size pizza. It was my first time with overeating and I couldn’t believe I ate all this in one sitting.

Just snacking all day, that’s the small habit that really have a great impact on my weight. In time, it makes you eat more and more and eventually gain more weight so, that is the small habit that helps me increase my presence 😋
