From my experience as a feeder, it's the point where someone becomes so massive they have to change their lifestyle.
Everything starts to become dominated by how huge and hungry they are.

For Her, she didn't have a choice.
She just kept gaining weight no matter what, but her health improved as she got fatter. She hated it until she found me, and I taught her to love getting huge.

It's happened in stages:
1: Being a little kid, seeing cartoons of characters getting fat and thinking it looked fun and cute
2: As a geeky kid who read encyclopedias, finding Renaissance paintings of plump women and getting turned on for the first time
3: Going to college and dating a fat woman for the first time, though she hated her body
4: Finding and marrying a fat woman who's confident, loves her belly, and wouldn't mind getting immobile
Now it's escalated to the point where I feel like true romance is finding someone you love and making them as massive and obese as possible.

There was the time I was walking downtown and spotted this GIGANTIC lady in the middle of a crowd.
From a city block away, I could see how big her cheeks were, how she had no neck anymore, how her clothes were differently shaped from everybody else. She was falling behind the crowd because it was harder for her to walk, and her belly bounced and swayed ahead of her.
I wondered how she got so fat, and if she was happy... THEN I realized it was my wife!
I get used to how huge she is, living with her, but mistaking her for a stranger made me truly appreciate how obese she really is!

It's so complicated, but media around fat people has a sort of "selection bias" because they're looking for certain kinds of stories that seem tragic, and the people who agree to come on these shows or tabloid stories are people who are desperate for something- the impetus for weight loss, or publicity.
For every super fat person on a show or article, how many more are there just enjoying their lives?

Me: 18
My big fat love: 78!
Big enough she no longer has a waistline, just a blob. She has called herself a "giant marshmallow."

My fat gal actually lost a couple pounds in quarantine, and was really upset.
Except that I can tell that she's fatter than ever, literally constantly growing new body parts and turning into a mountain of lard. Meaning that has to be muscle mass she's losing. That reassured her! We both vowed she's going to regain that weight, except this time it's pure fat.

I absolutely ADORE the way my bae burps more and more as she gets fatter. They're adorably high pitched and feminine. And she's completely unashamed, and thinks it's kinda fun.

That's so sweet! Very wholesome
She's become the queen of body confidence. Other girls have said stuff like "Ewww, she's so fat!" in public loud enough for her to hear. And she's said "That was rude...but also true! I'm hungry!"

Fato2:so you don't need children

It's likely she can't even have children. So instead, I'll just dedicate more effort to taking care of her as she loses mobility.
