Of course you do have to keep up your normal intake of food as well.
Have faith, Heavy cream DOES work. It is a delayed effect though.

On top of all the usual seasonal food, I'm consuming 600ml double cream and 300g peanuts a day. That's about 4400 extra calories. Should see some results with that lot!

What are subcutaneous and visceral fat? I see this alot on here and I honestly don't know what they are
Subcutaneous means "under the skin" so this is the soft jiggly fat, often in lots of places on the body. Visceral fat is inside the body, around the organs. It's the pressure of lots of this that makes a belly hard and round.

This morning I woke up to find that I suddenly , almost magically, had more flab all over and it does feel good! Funny thing is I stopped gaining two weeks ago. There is no doubt in my mind that it is due to my previous two week heavy cream and peanuts gaining session. The delayed result seems strange but just goes to show that you should not be discouraged too soon.
I will no doubt start gaining again in earnest over the Christmas holiday.
How many others have had such an experience of suddenly feeling very fat?

I'm in the same boat as Van on this. However I have found that if I keep off excessive amounts of alcohol while gaining, the problem is much less. However I am suffering with a persistent tickly cough and slightly hoarse voice at the moment and am not sure if this is down to gaining. Could be a little bit of reflux causing this but I don't get the heartburn I had before when drinking lots of beer as well as heavy cream etc.
