In my experience, 6dl (600ml) per day is do-able. That would be around 2500 calories, so on the basis of 3500 excess cals per pound of fat gained, that would be around 5 lbs a week gain. I doubt in reality it would be that much because not all the cream gets digested. However if you spread it out through the day, that might improve digestability.
You will probably have a few days where you don't get the full 6dl in so I would guess around 3 months to gain 30 lbs.

Masuli:Are there weight gain stories about doctor / nurse check ups? Those would be awesome to read

Judging by that last post, I think you should write one. That was hot!

Of course you do have to keep up your normal intake of food as well.
Have faith, Heavy cream DOES work. It is a delayed effect though.

On top of all the usual seasonal food, I'm consuming 600ml double cream and 300g peanuts a day. That's about 4400 extra calories. Should see some results with that lot!

Fattenyouup:
What are subcutaneous and visceral fat? I see this alot on here and I honestly don't know what they are
Subcutaneous means "under the skin" so this is the soft jiggly fat, often in lots of places on the body. Visceral fat is inside the body, around the organs. It's the pressure of lots of this that makes a belly hard and round.
