-You can feel your heaviness press down on things. Chairs don't fit, and creak, floors groan, cars jostle, and beds bend under your blubber.

Oh yeah, I also do this. I also belt my pants before they go on.

Consider: President Taft was considered a fat giant in his day. He was 6 feet even, 330 pounds maximum. I have 2 inches and almost a hundred pounds on him.
I think everybody's just getting bigger overall, so us fatties and fat lovers are forced to go bigger. Would you have considered a six hundred pound woman existing, had you not seen a 500 pound one?

I just meant in general, everyday use. I'm not gonna get banned for it, I know.

Now, as a guy with a very belly heavy, bottom light kind of shape, some brands have room in the front for belly storage, but most don't. In general, avoid straight or slim cuts, reach for relaxed fit, or better yet, elastic band relaxed fits. Aim for pants with a high "rise" (inches between belt and crotch seam) if such a thing is defined.
Now, in terms of fashion, I would avoid pleated legs. Low enough belly hang warps that line.
PS: is crotch a dirty word?

Some thin people just stop asking you to do things. They assume that fatties are slow and have difficulty moving, so they'll work around you, letting you sit.

I personally usually eat in a recliner, but when my belly pressed into a table so harshly, I'd turn sideways to give it room, turning my head to eat. It makes it awkward, but also kind of hot to have trouble.

I got mine when I was hitting puberty, growing 6 inches taller and about 8 inches rounder in about a year. I even got them on my shoulders.
