Belly hang?!?

Find a way to get your body to lay down subcutaneous fat, whatever I am doing seems to be working, plenty of carbs, sugar, and trans fats, I'm not that big for this site but still when I'm empty my belly is beginning to hang and has a good wobble to it too

When are you fat?

I would go by body fat percentage, my BMI is 21 which is in the middle of the healthy range, but my body fat is 30 percent, mostly in my torso and belly, which is overweight

Winter gains

My summer gains are usually accidental, I travel and when I find a new place I go nuts for the food and drink and before I know it I'm fatter than when I arrived, winter comes and I gain on purpose

Vegetarian gaining tips

Cheese I love anyway and its in most my meals, same with butter.

I have tried the pint of heavy cream thing but as enjoyable as it is at the time I have bad cramps afterwards, but I do have whole milk everyday, sometimes mixed with whipped cream and sugar, did that for a week once and packed on a fair bit of flab!

Winter gains

Ive already gained my winter weight and more over summer, fortunately I tend to wear loose clothes on top anyway, but my 28 inch waist jeans are getting tight and are a struggle to do up, maybe time to upgrade to 34 or 36s soon for more room

Weight gained since joining ff

Weight doesn't seem to mean much with my body but I was around 115 lbs many years ago, joined this site after being on some now defunct websites after gaining some muscle to around 130, these days I'm hovering around 140 but the muscles have mostly gone and been replaced by fat. I used to be thin with a light 6 pack, now my belly is spilling over my jeans and wobbling every time I touch it.. Maybe body fat is better gauge? I've gone from 10 percent to 30, making me overfat for my weight!

Vegetarian gaining tips

Hi all

I'm a vegetarian (not going to preach just a fact), anyone got any gaining tips seeing as the usual meaty suspects of burgers, fry ups and fast food are out?

My diet is carb heavy, lots of dairy and usually have salads as well to stay reasonably healthy with plenty of dressings, nuts and cheese turning a 200 calorie bowl into a 600 calorie one.

I would like tips that don't involve too much junk, although I allow my self a day a week and a week a month to eat crap to keep my belly soft and wobbly, just can't really do that every day!

Some cheap weight gain tips

If you smoke, quit or cut down, you'll replace cigs with sugary snacks and for some reason it all goes to the belly (I'm finding that out haha), plus you'll have extra money to load up on basic carbs like pasta, bread and rice to cook with and save money buying lots at a time

How to tell if friends notice you gained....

Last time I saw my friends from home and I was chubbier I had gained 30 lbs in the months before when I was away, first meal out was at a pizza place, got there with no comment as I had a large coat on, we had garlic bread to start, many beers and large pizzas as mains, they hardly finished half of theirs and were talking about gyms and jogging in their new towns, meanwhile I was sat in the middle of the table in a tight jumper, suddenly self conscious with one hand on my new belly trying to cover it and the other finishing off my food. the subject of gyms came round to an overfed me and I replied with a mouthful of four cheese pizza and my belly straining against my jumper "what gym?" "yeah it figures, put on a bit have you?" Was a relief to have the topic in the open

Weight gain so far 2018

I've gained a grand total of 12 pounds to 136 since January (I have a light frame, I'm not rake thin). However my belly is up over 10 inches from my slim size of 26 inches to 36.5 my fattest, usually around a 30+ pound gain, but this time the scales are saying I've only gained 12. I don't seem to have much muscle tone now and my fat is all blubber, a summer of food and fun has turned my flat stomach into a growing wobbling gut!

I've just done a body fat test out of curiosity as I'm still light but fattening up, its around 30-32 percent which puts me into the overweight category already even if my BMI is 21!

I apparently need to put on another 18 pounds to reach a BMI of 25 to make being overweight official..
