Well, My approach to hunger is different than most, as I am a hypnotist and encourage hunger through that.
For most people, hunger is a literal physiological process.
Food in stomach, digest.
Food not in stomach, send message to brain.
Brain release neurochemicals to tell conscious mind "Need food".
However, as a hypnotist, there are ways to hijack that process
So like, what does hunger mean?
It means increased hormones in the brain, Ghrelin and Leptin, specifically.
But it also can mean a deep *want* that needs something to be fulfilled.
