thanks everyone.. I can “easily” get 4/5 thousand calories a day (including a shake) I just want to try to get to 10 thousand for a week, to see how much extra weight I gain.. but sometimes I have a week that I don’t get over 2400 calories and get full faster.. do you have any tips for that?

i bought weight gain powder in a store. they say you have to put 50 grams per shake (then it's only 185 calories per 250 ml) now i put 200 grams in 400 ml.. does anyone have experience with that?
