My job means I have to stay fit. What are some ways I can make myself feel like a fatty on my days off? Up for creative ideas!
Here’s an idea on your day off just eat nothing but junk food and cookie dough while wearing a shirt that’s a little too small.

When what I used to consider regular food, portion sizes have become much larger in order to no longer be hungry but they just keep getting bigger and as do I.

I guess to feel fat is being able to eat more than you usually have ever had and you end up having to buy clothing that’s a few sizes bigger than you’re used to and you have be more aware of your body when moving around in certain areas to where you didn’t have to to me that’s what it feels like to be fat.

I had my first time getting stuck in a booth which was very exciting and embarassing haha it was at a Five Guys. I sat down and got wedged in. I went to get a drink and made quite alot of noise getting out and getting back in again
Munchies:
It's always interesting to me when people get stuck in places, either on purpose or recklessly. Not judging. Just fascinated because I like to be able to leave when I feel like it.
Is it the helplessness and public humiliation that does it for you?
I have one day to be stared at publicly for being too fat to fit somewhere will put it that way.

Just recently, I went to a bonfire with some friends, went to go sit in a fold out lawn chair fast-forward a few seconds, and it just went out from under me due to well my fat ass.

I’ve moved up and down a lot with different life circumstances/ activity levels but trending up overall. Was 140 ish when I started college and my ribs and hipbones stuck out. 180 when I graduated, 195 pre pandemic, and now 240. This is the highest weight I’ve been and really enjoying the softness in my hips, thighs, and lower belly

You were rail thin and now must be wide with some rolls. What caused you to gain over 100 pounds?
