Doesn't seem possible but when visiting a friends Parentswe went for a walk up a hill I hadn't walked in years and yet this time it was a lot less struggle. I've put on probably 2 stone since last I climbed it, yet somehow was pretty easy. is it possible to be heavy but still active?
