Things you notice as you get fatter

SumoSized:
Since I've been skinny my whole life a lot of things still surprise me. I don't know if there's a better way to describe it but I'm simply not used to my own body being in my way when I move. Right now it especially noticable when I reach down to grab things and especially when I tie my shoes. Like I'm not to the point where it's difficult or anything I just have to reach slightly more than I'm used to. I can only imagine what it'll be like when I'm 100+ lbs heavier

Glitter Jelly:
Same here! After "just" a 20 lbs (might be more by now, as I've been avoiding the scale for the last few weeks), I find it's harder to get my Dr Martens boots tied up without sitting. I'm getting a bit out of balance and find it very unsettling.

My thighs were already large to being with, even at a much lower weight, because I've been obese for most of my adult life and my skin seems irremediably stretched.

My legs are already almost as large as the were when I was obese (I know because I've had to measure my calves to buy compression socks), so I hope the fat will stop accumulating there soon otherwise I'll be even more bottom heavy than at my highest weight and I don't know if I'll be able to find pants.

It was already really hard to find any in the past because my waist was much smaller than my legs.

Yeah pants are always annoying to find. Even when I was still skinny I had disproportionately bigger thighs than my waist so whenever I'd find pants that fit my thighs they'd be too big for my waist and even with a belt they looked all bunches up. Ironically since I've started intentionally gaining weight my pants have fit me better because my waist is starting to fill in more. All I can say is just keep searching around until you find the perfect brand that actually makes pants that fit you

My girlfriend wants me extremely obese

Cenere:
Me and my girlfriend share the same fetish and she is the feeder and im the one who gains.
In a year I gained almost 45kg and now I weight 130kg, and my weight stalled, even though im getting visibly fatter without gaining actually weight.
She always said to me that she didn't want me to get any fatter because it would've caused many difficultues, but now she offered help in any situation.
In these days she said that she wants me to weight at least 220kg and im 187cm tall.
Should I go for that?

Honestly that's some really good progress, all I can really say is do whatever feels right to you. If you're afraid of running into health complications or difficulties then don't commit to that goal, instead just take things step by step and every 25 lbs or so ask yourself "do i want to keep going or have a I reached my limit?" And go from there.

Also it's not unheard of for your body to stall, or for you to look fatter while not gaining any weight. That's currently happening to me because I've lost some muscle at the same rate that I've gained fat. Just take it as an excuse to eat more calories and you'll eventually break from it

Inflation tips

SweetBeanBelly:
Well as the post says it traps the liquid/air into your most stretchiest areas. Your stomach doesn't have as big as a capacity as your intestines do, which is why you clear out your colon tract with an enema. So you'll have ample room for air or whatever else you'd like

It forces the air into one area, forcing your belly outward! It's why I'm able to get my belly the way I do. The belt does wonders

Ah okay i didn't realize the belt was that effective at keeping air in. I'll have to give it a shot sometime

Inflation tips

SweetBeanBelly:
Awesome thread! Here's rapid fire advice

- Always do an enema/douche before inflating with air. Every. Time! You have a lot more waste in your guts than you realize, many pharmacies have enema kits for under 10 dollars. Once you're nice and cleared out, air is more easily accessible to your body, reduces cramps too

- When starting out, fasten a belt a little higher up than your belly button. This will allow the liquid from the enema/air to be contained within your intestines. Your intestines actually swell up much more than your stomach organ itself, so training them to expand is crucial! Hence why enemas are very important

- Use lots of lube! Personally I use coconut oil or Vaseline. Use rubber latex aquarium tubing as well vs the hard plastics. I've hurt my bum so much using the plastic tubes 😵‍💫

- Once you're cleared out, and hooked up to the air, don't push all the tube in at once. I learned that as you release gas it makes it much easier to slip the tubing inside!

- As the inflation progresses, be sure to give your belly plenty of rubs (again I use coconut oil or Vaseline). It helps the air settle. As your lower belly begins to swell, raise the belt up very very gradually. Slowly filling your belly like this will get you huge, trust the process 👌👌

- While inflating if possible, lift your arms above your head/elevate your arms in some way. Expanding your diaphragm is crucial, helps you breath better and gives your insides more room to stretch. I usually hold onto my shower curtain holder, but don't hold onto anything that may break easily.

- Also, listen to your body! Inflation isn't as scary as people imagine, if your stomach or intestines were ripping or close to popping that feeling would be unbearably painful and you'd stop inflating before that ever happens.

- Be consistent, and have fun!

What's the point of the belt? I haven't really dipped my toes in inflation but I've always been curious to try it

Fit and fat interplay?

Femme Calories:

As somebody actively into exercise and healthy lifestyles, the thought of a feedee/gainer eating up all the food around me is rather titillating. Like, this gluttonous person is leaving me to hunger, but it's oddly arousing. Maybe it's because I used to be deep into eating disorder circles, but to this day I indulge the idea of being left to starve and beg this gainer to leave me a crumb or two.

Any thoughts from the other side?

Bovinepawg:
I definitely feel this fetish from the other side. The idea of being so unthinking, greedy, and hungry that I either don't notice or don't care that I'm literally starving someone else so I can get even fatter is *hugely* attractive. That my *need* to eat is so imperative to me that it trumps any other consideration.

As sexy as I find it, it's one of the fetishes that I tend to keep either:

A). Fully in fantasy- roleplay, chatting. I've written at least two stories where elements of this dynamic are at play.

smiley. Finding ways to incorporate into real life in a 'healthy' way. As someone who feels a lot of extreme feederism kinks, this is kind of the best thing I've found.

Not 'starving' your feeder, but consensually agreeing on diets for a period, for instance- if you have an athletic feeder for instance, performatively drinking milkshakes while they're in a cutting phase. Or making rules- any chocolate or bacon or whatever in the house is exclusively for the fat partner.

This is basically the same approach I've taken with my attraction to immobility- I don't have the fortitude (or resources) to actually commit to it permanently. But clearing a weekend so that I can spend it (almost) entirely in bed while me feeder waits on me? That's possible!

Of all of my 'extreme' fetishes, this is the only one I've ever really felt *ashamed* of, for some reason. I think because it's kind of easy to extrapolate to a macro-scale; as someone who socially and politically believes in equity and everyone having their fair share, it's hard to square that with also being turned on by the fact that I consume *so* many more resources than the average person- food, but also things like my electricity use and my carbon footprint. I don't really have a good answer for that part of it- and as a lot of people who have 'extreme' tastes know, the shame of it can get wrapped up in the appeal itself.

Honestly that sounds like the healthiest way to approach this. If your feeder is into weight lifting they'll probably be doing bulking/cutting phases anyway. So you might as well take advantage of it by eating all the leftovers when they're cutting, and having a stuffing partner when they're bulking. Also your idea about doing the same thing with immobility is really smart, a lot of people on here don't realize what it's actually like being immobile but just pretending for a weekend would be a healthier way of getting the feeling of it, without having to go through with it permanently

How fat would you like to be?

I feel like somewhere in the range of 300-400 lbs is the most ideal for most people. At that size youre plenty big, but still have a good amount of mobility even if it is still inhibited somewhat. Obviously I would love to go bigger, but I'd be afraid of giving up to many things to be that size

Fun reminders of your weight at work

Nnnnnnnnnnnn:
Only one I can think of is climbing stairs. It's a bit harder then it used to be.

There is an elevator, but the building is not tall at all, and the only people I saw using the elevator are, quite coincidentally to your post OP, people with wheelchairs.

So it would be a bit emberassing to use it. But the buffet is on a different floor then where I am usually at, so I keep myself motivated.

Stairs are definitely a killer, I'm not heavy enough just yet that they've become a complete hindrance but as I've put on more weight I can tell they're getting more difficult

Fun reminders of your weight at work

I work at a small warehouse assembling custom wheelchairs for a living. I'm the only tech in the warehouse full time, while my coworkers handle deliveries. So that means I'm the one who assembles all the chairs that go out. And as part of my duties I have to test drive each chair (usually just driving it around the warehouse) just to make sure everything got assembled correctly and there aren't any issues from the manufacturer. This worked fine when I first got the job a few months ago as I fit well enough in most of the chairs to at least drive them around even if it wasn't the most comfortable thing for some of the smaller ones. But this week I've noticed it's becoming more of a squeeze in some of the chairs I had no problem with before. And ive had a couple occasions now where I've had to take the arm rests off completely just to test drive the chair around the office. Now I'm almost scared/excited to exceed the weight limit on some of them. Most of them have maximum weights of 250/300/350 lbs, so I almost view those numbers as goal weights to achieve.

So now I'm curious, what are some of y'all's stories of how your weight affects your performance or just how you go about your work?
