Have you ever had to correct someone on how much you weigh?
Today I was going to use a ladder to clean the ceiling at our shop and I was like I’m not sure this thing will support me i read the label on the side and it had a 300 lbs weight limit and i just looked around for another ladder and none of them were close finally another guy comes out and says “oh cmon man you’re not that heavy you can’t be much more than 300” and I’m just like nah bro I’m way over 400 and to that he just used the ladder, I ended up just helping what I could from the ground.

Look, it is certainly even more deep that what ive described. The question, i guess, is is it worth the effort to get there, or is it preferable to ignore all that if its too... expensive, in the sense of time and effort. I assume, you would say it is not worth the effort?
No enas it’s not that deep I think the mods should only take action if people are being bigoted, or engage in nonconsensual forms of kink outside the realm of fiction, which relates to images or intent or are spamming or are bots/catfish scams, and there should be zero tolerance for such behavior.
I am saying what I said BECAUSE the thread I said “another enas lecture no one asked for” was locked down, yet when people come and spread neonazi racist talking points the thread is allowed to go until someone who is not a Nazi gets upset. I am not saying “enas should be censored” or anything like that

although I have gained a lot of weight and love it too, eating is what makes me excited, getting properly stuffed and feeling my normally soft belly turned into a drum is always fun. The best is when it’s been a few days of overeating consistently and you get this permanent distended bellylook going. It’s fun when you’re really stuffed and fat and your hang is soft but your belly is super round and hard

I think ive formed a few thoughts and refined them enough to write them here now.
My first point is about conflict resolution. There has been no demonstration of an adequate understanding of what a conflict between two people or groups of people. So there needs to be a discussion / research on that. In an ideal world this should be done by all members, not a handful of mods who then are tasked to moderate a mass of people that dont have proper communication abilities. If you want me to clarify any of this, i can, at a later time.
The second point, which may be even more importand, is narcissists. Im not sure how aware the moderators (but also people in general) are of this, the society at large seems to be almost entierly unaware of the depth and scale of this problem. So, i think the mods need to be *very well* educated on this specific issue. This will take a lot of time, but if it is done, it will make them able to act in much better-targeted ways.
Both of these, yes, are theory and thought. But i think they can greatly help us in understanding the situations we are currently. I would like to hear the opinions of the mods on this.
