The new aesthetic is nice but it is very glitchy on mobile. It is difficult to navigate the site because site elements overlap each other nonstop and make it difficult to read and/or click anything. I don’t think this is intentional. If the site can return to being functional then I’d have no problem with the update as far as I can tell, and I appreciate the hard work, but right now I don’t like the new design at all because it has broken the website.

A temporary fix is to refresh the page. But yes this is a bug I'm having problems with to. Hope they find a fix soon.
You may need to hard refresh your browser, or clear your mobile cache. It will clear eventually anyway but doing it manually will speed things up.
On PC or laptop when viewing the website press Ctrl + F5. Clearing the cache on mobile depends on your browser and device, but some instructions for popular models can be found in the following link:

Unfortunately we wouldn't be able to allow this because our premium stories would be classed as commercial activity. Licenced characters such as James Bond or Batman etc. are rigerously protected by the companies that own the copyright to preserve their own commercial interests. It's very unlikely they would give their permission for this. However, there's no reason why you couldn't create your own characters, perhaps with simiular traits of licenced characters, so long as they couldn't be connected in any way.

This means the video file size needs to be a minimum of 10Mb in size. It's to prevent people uploading videos just a few seconds in length.

This bug has been around for a while and we've never managed to replicate it, so the more information you can give us to help fix it the better.
Does this happen around midnight GMT (7pm EST) when chat restarts?
When you say lag, do you mean that chat freezes for a while? Are there any other details you think may help?

Sorry to hear you're having problems logging out.
The logout works by deleteing your browser cookie, which means it's browser specific. So for instance if you are logged in on desktop and mobile, and you log out on desktop, you won't automatically be logged out on mobile as well. In a similar way, if you are using two browsers on desktop, if you log out on one you won't automatically be logged out on the other.
Could this be what's happening here?
