So much for empathy then.

I whole heartedly agree. Be careful about using the F word on here in a negative opinion.

600 lb- vanilla hippo is one of the stars

johnxyz:
I personally cannot watch those kinds of shows. I hate hearing people how miserable they are being fat, and I hate to see people lose weight. (until they regain more.)

Zsalynn was a SSBBW model and got fatter and more successful. She married a British man who was into this whole thing. Then she went on this weightloss TV programme and they basically all blamed him for her being fat and ho being fat had been so bad for her. Hypocritical or what!

She made money from gaining weight then betrayed those fans and made money losing weight. She betrayed her husband too. It's all very well saying "it's what's inside that counts, love me for who I am" but when you make being fat part of who you are and what you stand for (if you can still stand) then you can't expect the same people to be impressed with your weight loss. You're impressing all the people who hated you because you were fat.

PS, Vanilla Hippo is gay a man.

Rethinking peanut butters role in weight gain

Peanut butter has amazing fattening properties, not just calories.

Does eating a pint of ice cream every night have to much sugar?

Ofcourse it's not OK but neither is getting hugely fat on purpose. However that's what we are here for and a pint of ice cream a night is going to make you very fat. Milk is for feeding babies and ice cream is milk with loads of sugar so extra fattening. Sugar stimulates insulin which is a growth hormone and encourages fat cells to multiply and get fatter.

The downside is it can set up a bit of a battle in your body where the cells disobey the insulin signal coz they don't want to get any fatter. This is called type 2 diabetes. You don't want this because it slows down your weightgain when you have to watch your sugar intake.

It may happen due to depletion of minerals in your body used in the processing of sugar. Magnesium and zinc are key. Take supplements to ward off type 2.

Loads of people will tell you that health comes first blah blah. It's your life, know what you're doing and weigh up the risks and benefits.

The super massively obese people tend to be that way because they never get type 2. Their bodies just keep on saying yes to the extra weightgain. Other people abuse insulin and continue to gain.

Does masturbation affect weight gain?

Yes.

You have to wank to get rid of excess testosterone. Keeping that stuff in your body would mean you'd be much more active, aggressive and muscular. Keeping testosterone low increases the hormone ratio towards oestrogen which makes you soft and fat.

You can increase oestrogen by eating peanut butter, especially the one with flax seed in it.

Holding the stories section to ransom

Hitting the like button does not cost anything so it would make sense to press it just as an acknowledgement. If the story was particularly enjoyable then write a shout linking to it.

I personally can't get into reading stories on my laptop. I need a paperback book. Does that make me Gen-X?

Perhaps it really is a format thing and converting them to PDF or Kindle format would encourage normal fiction reading?

It might also work if we could get Morgan Freeman to turn them into audio books. Or David Attenborough "Here in the steamy heart of an In and Out burger bar obesity is a common sight but we wait for that special supersized female who can even turn heads in 2020". No I can't write but you get the idea.

Wanting to gain more, but having trouble with acid reflux.

fatchance:
Han,

Jack is EXACTLY correct.

EvilFeeder:
No he isn’t. And while I most certainly advocate becoming informed with regard to any medical condition one might develop and the treatment choices available, you both are in the realm of paranoid medical illiteracy.

If you're not paranoid about the medical industry then you have led a very fortunate and sheltered life. I suspect that you perhaps do realise how bad it is but the thought of standing up and saying so scares you.

The medical industry will tell you that you must take these pills for the rest of your life or you will get ill and die. They then give you a month's supply. Later you find that the pills have been withdrawn because they were killing people and the ones they offer instead don't agree with you.

The NHS has special systems for dealing with complaints. Rather like a car engine sump plug has a magnet to attract bits of metal ground off the engine when you miss a gear the NHS has PALS. PALS will accept your complaint and make sure it never sees the light of day.

It actually takes a few tragedies and people going to court rather than accepting hush money before a problem is tackled. The problem with going to court is that it takes years and money you don't have and effort that would be better spent trying to stay alive. Hence for your own survival it's better to take the hush money. It's a far more noble thing to risk your own health and take them to court for the benefit of those who you might save from the fate that befell you.

So if you are going to voluntarily enter a hospital or doctor's surgery be as well informed as you can be. Do as much as you can to stay out of hospital.

Can i mentally manage feederism in a relationship?

You will find a balance. I do suggest you find a person who is happy to be fat. It's much easier to be in a relationship with a person who is not obsessing that they are fat and need to be on a diet. This is true of normal sized women but maybe even more so for many fat women.

The rest of what I would like to say is . Message me.

Is it possible to remain healthy but still get fat?

Zelda64:
Is it possible to get fat, not morbid obese or anything and still remain healthy?

A bit of fat on you is healthy. Life is about optimising what's important to you. You could be a lot fatter and compromise on your lifespan. You don't get to eat your cake and not be fat.

I would suggest you eat a variety of foods and take vitamin and mineral supplements. One of the most serious problems is keeping your joints working. Take supplements that help with that except calcium pills which will kill your heart.
