Double belly/belly with rolls or huge beach ball belly?

Double belly is preferred, but most men get a beach ball belly. You need to consume a lot of milky food and heavy creams to build a double belly.

Jobs/careers that will help you get fat

HungryPiggyBoy:
based on my own and my friends fattening experiences, working at fast food can make you gain lots of weight. Especially if work gives you away food to take home

That's correct. I once worked at pizza, and the workers always got pizzas during job but also to take with us home, a job like that making you big in no time.

But for me, the real weight gain come in a office job, it was a sitting job with one particular female that was cooking up a lot of food, she had serious effect on my weight. I never ate so much when she was cooking during the job. And I surely gained a lot of weight. My soft belly was made by her very hands ๐Ÿ˜‚

Soft hanging belly

HamBeesly:
Generally, you canโ€™t direct where your fat distributes. The only thing you can do is simply eat more calories than you burn and your body will store that extra fat where it will.

Scientific studies have shown MANY times that the chemical composition of the food one eats as well as various lifestyle choices can have significant effects on one's fat distribution.

Anon11111119:
Of course eating on that way is unhealthy. But visceral fat is located on belly.

becomingoverweight:
OP wants a soft hanging belly, not a hard belly filled with visceral fat.

If you want a soft belly, you'll want to gain primarily subcutaneous fat. It's the soft squishy fat that deposits directly under the skin. There's another main fat deposit in the body called visceral fat. Visceral fat deposits around one's internal organs under their abdominal muscles. When one has an excess of visceral fat, their belly will protrude. As their visceral fat is covered with their abdominal muscles, an abdominally obese belly will feel hard and firm as opposed to soft. Their visceral fat will also stretch their layer of abdominal subcutaneous fat thinner, making it less soft.

These two fat deposits are metabolically distinct. Large excesses of subcutaneous fat are metabolically benign while excess visceral fat tends to make one develop metabolic syndrome.

Based on my research, the following advice should help one gain primarily subcutaneous fat.

"I suggest overeating foods with high amounts of the long chain saturated fatty acids palmitic and stearic acid as these fats help reduce visceral fat. Dairy fat and cacao butter have lots of them so they're good for gaining primarily subcutaneous fat. Lots of gainers like using heavy cream to gain. Omega-6 fatty acids(linoleic acid(most of soybean oil)) interfere with that beneficial effect and cause visceral fat gains so I recommend minimizing that. Alcohol and sugar(especially fructose) cause visceral fat gains too so only have them in moderation. If you have carbs, try to opt for whole over refined. The fiber helps lower visceral gains.

Here is a thread I made with loads of scientific studies on fat's effects on health and how to affect fat distribution:

You will not get better advice then this. Want to look fat with less visceral fat? Eat heavy creams whenever you can, you will gain weight faster.

You know you're fat when:

You know youโ€™re fat when you have hard time to bend over to lift out your things from the floor, because your belly is on the way. Also, when you not getting up from bed and prefer to rolling out of bed... ๐Ÿฅต

Fat gain

becomingoverweight:
If you want soft fat in your lower body, you'll want to gain subcutaneous fat. Your upper body will also gain soft fat as well so you'd also get a soft belly and likely moobs. Subcutaneous fat is the soft squishy fat that deposits directly under the skin. There's another main fat deposit in the body called visceral fat. Visceral fat deposits around one's internal organs under their abdominal muscles. When one has an excess of visceral fat, their belly will protrude. Good ways to use heavy cream to gain would be flavoring it with some cheeses, like by making Alfredo sauce and using it as a gainer shake. Another option is making a creamy soup. Keto recipes will naturally be high fat low carb which means they'll go heavy on the dairy fat and won't use flour as a thickener. The result should be a healthy, obesogenic dish which would look normal to others. Much more inconspicuous than drinking Alfredo sauce. You could also put a lot of heavy cream in your coffee. The coffee helps mask the taste of the cream and the result is a rich, creamy coffee. It is also an inconspicuous way to consume heavy cream. Hope this advice helps and good luck fattening up.

That's is very good advice ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป more heavy cream will make your fat softer, and subcutaneous fat is much more healthy then the visceral fat. With milky food you will look feminine.
