One thing I've been doing lately is putting a
LOT of cream and sugar in my tea.
I don't think that'll help a lot, but I guess every bit counts

1 teaspoon of sugar is about 15-20 calories, depending on who you ask.
5 cups of tea a day with 2 sugars as opposed to none is 150-200 calories a day extra. If I remember my feeder maths, it takes 3500 calories to add a pound of fat ... so that's a pound every 3 weeks or 17 lb in a year JUST from sugar in tea

It's not so much weight as age. Typically your metabolism slows down a few years after maturity, since it no longer needs to burn lots of calories for a growing (upwards, lol) body. This tends to mean early-to-mid 20s, as evidenced by the fact I weighed 150 at 25, and without changing diet or lifestyle dramatically now weigh 250 at 45 without trying ...

Whether or not you enjoy it is incidental. The important thing is whether or not SHE enjoys it. If not, as tundra said, you have no input in the matter.
