Just don't label him. I never liked my ex calling me a feeder at first. There're s lot negative connotations with the term. Just grow a little more and then ask him if he like ur body.

It's fine unless of course you are/have a feedee that has lactose intolerance. I've noticed that lactofree heavy cream doesn't seem to have the same effect.

SweetChub94:So I've just returned from a week at the UK holiday resort. It's the first time I've been swimming since, ahem, gaining some padding. I had tried my medium swim shorts on a week before and they wouldn't go past my thighs, so Large it was. I confess I was a tad nervous about showcasing my softer bod about in front of strangers.
Well my fear was unfounded as I could not believe the amount of porkers out & about! When they talk about obesity in Britain, I witnessed it first hand. So many morbidly obese older men & women (50+) a couple of obese women (35-50) then a lot of chubby guys (mainly dad's (25-40). I was astounded though at the amount of porky young adults, so many young men & women who are already so soft & plump from sedentary lifestyles who are almost assured will be fat or fatter later on in life. Happy days

Could be numerous things:
a big issue is enzymes. Your digestive chemical capacity to deal with certain proteins is limited hence if you're reaching a limit you can feel sickly. Liquids (unless protein shakes) will not cause this problem as often.
How long have you been trying to increase your capacity. A gradual approach can improve matters.
There is also a chance of a mild intolerance to something you're eating. Or if you're stuffing with a lot of simple sugars then you're going to be feeling sick come what may after a while.
Feeling sick is usually a sign to stop though.
Keep a food diary of content and quantity and see if you notice any patterns

My ex ran daily and would do weights to support her back but weighed around 240 @ 5'5. I remember the day she thrashed one of her skinny friends at couple of sets of tennis then proceeded to eat 2 victory burgers from the bbq at the club.
On the other hand my friend and his wife are fitness models and can barely get up a hill on a bike or touch their toes. They just spend 45 mins a day on one specific muscle group with no cardio to ensure they look "the picture of fitness"
To state the obvious, Sumos train intensively all day then gorge on chankonabe to reach their ideal low centre of gravity and hefty mass.
