They probably wouldn't. I can't find too many measurements, but it seems like 6 feet around is the absolute max for clothes.

Maybe it's just because I'm also tall, but mobility is a 5 or 6 I guess, and fitting in things is a 7.

People seem to forget that being fat doesn’t equal being massively out of shape. If you keep working out, you can be fat and in shape. Sure you’ll never be able to be athletic.
There is an inevitable inertia to being that heavy, and it only increases with weight. Even in shape, people aren't made to lug around 300-, 400-, 500-pound plus bodies.

I'm not exactly sure, but I would say lift weights and do nothing else exercising, and then eat a lot of fast food for visceral hard fat.
