Walking in public

I admittedly don't get out of my house and into the public too often - I work from home and have very long hours, so my typical "outside" time is to get groceries or to occasionally run to the pharmacy, etc...

When I occasionally DO get out to a department store or a place with lots of PEOPLE, I have a constant internal struggle about how I interact with fat people. Do I gaze admiringly or in a friendly way to let them know that I'm an appreciator? Or does my gaze instead make me look like I'm either a critic or worse... a creeper?

So I tend to be discreet about my Fat Fandom - unless we make ANY conversation, at which point I will probably be extra friendly and attentive (which might give off the same vibes?)

I say if you like what you see take a short look maybe 5 sec once or twice but no more to be mindful of the context if people are out shopping that what they have in mind not being look at maybe. If your look is one of, I like what I see, the body language will be plain enough to detect.

Even though I have always been bigger and liked myself that way, I definitely used to worry more about what others would think about when I was younger.


Yes, well said. It is all worry about what they will think the anxiety that develops. I have decided to give those issues the heave-ho.

Walking in public

Once I would try and hide or cover up my size. More likely just kidding myself that I was. Now I do not try. So I now look for reactions to my fattness from a mild look to full on stare. Reaction from your above average size to holy shit how do you move. What are your feelings to public reactions and do you embrace them. As long as not verbal abuse or looks of distain that is.

What's the fattest thing you've ever done?

Food: 3 large pizza, 2 garlic breads, 2 Lites of coke. The ice-cream and chocolate custard late on.

Out and about - broke a cafe chair it was plastic, got struck in a narrow tour bus I was wider than the isle.

At home got down on the floor when i was 490 lbs and could not get up had to roll over to the couch then use that to push on to stand.

Weight during eating

I had three days of above average consumption and in that time I hit 522 lbs now two days later I am back to 511 lbs very disappointing result. Any one else find this frustrating?

I had a similar experience during my gainer days. Odds are you had a combination of fluid retention and food that hadn't finished digesting.


I was thinking water I drink a lot when eating more. I just hope the calories are lurking somewhere and will pounce soon.

Why do we find such pleasure in getting stuffed beyond capacity?

When I stuff, I just get an urge to eat it is like a sex drive you cannot ignore it. And then yes, I enjoy the feeling of swallowing and feeling the stomach expand and the sound it makes as the food sloshes around and when you poke yourself or when you walk.

Fat type and younger weight gain

I was thinking if you get fat before you are 10 does that alter the type of fat you have compared to say someone over 20 getting fat?

I was obese from about the age of 7 and I have mostly soft subcutaneous fat and a lot on my rump and hip for a male.

Cold bake biscuit (aka cookie) cake,

I saw this on a cooking show,

You get chocolate ripple biscuits and other like ginger etc.

Your stick the biscuits into stack of five face to face with whipped cream. Then to lay the stacks down side by side to make a cake shape then cover the outside and top with the cream. This goes in the fridge for 6 hrs. or till the biscuits have absorbed the cream to become a cake.

I am giving it a go looks like a calorie overload. : )

Any tips to help my belly touch the floor

Do what I just did I ate two trays of lasagna on top of breakfast that is 2.8 kg of lasagna in 1 hr.

The point is to eat as much as you can as often as you can, try and eat more each time it can be tough and even repetitively boring at time. And do fatting soups and stews wet food goes in fast and you can get more in before you feel full. Snacks at hand all the time i have a bag of Snacks in the car and at home I eat chocolate if on the computer or watching TV. Also ensure to drink plenty of water it aids digestion and you can eat more if you sip water in a meal in particular if it dry or has lots of bread . Enjoy your belly rubbing the floor ensure to post your progress. Cheers BWL.
