How many doughnuts

My record is 36 donuts and two Eclairs. I didn't actually feel all that full, but the sugar was definitely getting to me. I had a sugar rush and was then lethargic the next day.

Super massive stuffings!

BigBallBellyGirl:
I'm only stuffing once a month now (and still gain weight from that). Today, we combined a pre-Valentines celebration plus Superbowl festivities, and boy, am I bloated like a balloon and tight as a drum.

I had:

Brunch
- 3 egg omelette with spinach and mushrooms
- Breakfast potatoes
- Half a baguette with goat cheese fondue
- 2 Mimosas
- An Oreo Cappuccino

Snack
- Large queso
- 2 baskets of chips
- 6 flower Tortillas
- Large Dr. Pepper

Snack 2
- 2 large slices of chocolate cake
- 1 Peanut butter milkshake
- Can of Pepsi

Dinner
- 2 plates of pasta Alfredo
- 6 bread sticks
- 8 cheese stuffed portobello mushrooms
- 2 glasses of sweet tea

Superbowl meal/snacks
- 18 chicken tenders with ranch and honey mustard
- 8 mozzarella sticks
- large order of fried pickles
- 1 bag of flaming hot Doritos
- 2 IPAs

My belly looks even bigger than it usually does, and I weigh 536, up from 525 this morning, with all the food in my gut

How I have missed doing this more often...

BigFox:
Keep that up and you will pop that belly button of yours in to an outtie. I looks close now from your avatar picture.

My belly button used to be deep and cavernous, but last year, I started gaining very quickly. I put on 80 pounds of mostly visceral fat in two months, took a break, and then gained 46 pounds in November. Since those gains, my belly button is very shallow, and when I'm stuffed tight, it now comes close to being flat and becomes sensitive to the touch. I love that sensation!

BigBallBellyGirl:
God this sounds good. I could truly pack away SO many chicken tenders. I once ate a party platter of them, but there was no party. Only me and Netflix.

Morbidly A Beast:
Chicken Tenders are a side for me haha top 10 food for me for sure haha

Have you had Rasin Caines? I’ve always wanted to get one of their catering platters and just go wild with it

That sounds amazing! I like Raising Cane a lot. Good sides as well!

And now I'm hungry... 🤣

Daily "i'm fat" reminders

SHREK333:
Daily reminder of me getting fatter.
When I am doing the number two, it's harder to wipe.
Above my hips my belly is digging into my chest and it is harder to wipe.

Morbidly A Beast:
Get a wand I refuse to elaborate it’s tmi imo

Second this on the wand. Also, a shower wand works wonders for good hygiene.

Is anyone else tired of this?

A suggestion... Made in the friendliest of ways... Put what you are and aren't open to in your profile. I'm not open to sharing pictures upon demand, which I know can be kind of unusual in this community, but I have my reasons. I'm also not looking for a feeder; I'm happily engaged. Try specifying what is and isn't an option. It won't completely eliminate the conversations that end up going nowhere, but it might be helpful.

Heavy and healthy

Feedher3000:
I Pose this question to the combined knowledge here. How does one get morbidly obese while still being healthy? Is it possible to be 350-400 and still be healthy? I want to be a big guy but don’t want diabetes or heart trouble.

I feel like reaching a morbidly obese weight inherently comes with *some* health risks, though, I'll be careful to add that obese people can have health problems that are entirely unrelated to their weight. I've always been fat, and now I'm over 500 lb. That said, being thin and fit doesn't protect you forever from health risks either.

A morbidly obese person can, however, take some steps to mitigate risks. I haven't always been health conscious, but because I'm so big and don't intend to lose weight, I'm implementing small changes. I used to drink only soda, shakes, and fruit juice all day; I've started drinking water. I have never, ever engaged in any kind of exercise until now; I'm adding steps to my day and doing chair yoga so my knees and back don't hurt so much. I still eat around 4000 calories a day or a little more, but I'm making some different choices; I have at least one salad a day, and I make it a clean salad that isn't loaded with cheese and croutons and ranch dressing. Consequently, I'm in better health at 520 lb that I was at 375. My blood work and blood pressure reflect it.
