Body shape is relatively important to feeling and especially looking fat. To put it bluntly, fatter breasts, behind, and legs may make a woman "thin-looking" while technically obese. Muscle mass is also relevant to the discussion, and so is the people you surround yourself with.

At a certain calorie point, your body will just reject the excess calories, I believe. What number that is probably depends on individual physiology.

At Burger King, two Big Kings, 8 mozzarella sticks, a large Coke, and a chocolate Oreo shake. If they were cheaper, I'd eat the Bacon Kings (more than 1300 calories!)
Taco Bell, the deluxe box and maybe another couple burritos.
Wendy's, a large Dave's Triple Combo, and a large Frosty.

Based off a post elsewhere, take a normal weight for your height. How many times over do you weigh? For example, I'm nearly 3 times a normal weight of 140 for my height of 6'2".

I hadn't thought about weighing myself in terms of people. I'm so close to 3, I have to go for this now.

Just walk. It probably won't burn enough calories to stop a gain, and your increasing heft will make your calves adjust.
