I keep my belly/abdomen tensed thus sucked in to some degree. I do stick out when i’m fully dressed occasionally . When I’m just wearing briefs I stick it out as far as I can.

A more natural way to change your body chemistry to grow moobs, soy products can help. Soy milk and tofu and soy cheeses may help.
Google “moobs” and “soy” for a lot of research on this.
I have seen on the web that naturally estrogen rich foods is a safe way of getting this hormone with a minimum of risk.

I’ve always just used trash bags but I’m just so afraid of them spilling. Also finding clothes or ways to hold up the weight of the water is difficult. Anyone have any tips or ideas?
You might try the bladders from "Camelbacks". They're made out of heavy plastic but might be expensive. I have another suggestion, Solar shower bags, these usually hold five gallons of water, again heavy duty plastic construction much cheaper to buy too. I think, even heavy duty trash bags would be too thin and hard to seal. Just a couple of thoughts, I hope this helps.

I have been on prescription meds for heart for several years. Try not to eat too much before going to bed. Also stay away from whatever causes the most heartburn. Good luck.

I have been slowly gaining since I retired from Navy reserve(2013). I have put on 25-30 lbs. I really just ate more, I always have dessert. I still exercise though. It’s not rocket science, just eat more and enjoy yourself.

I have gained at least twenty pounds since I retired. I show off my gain in tight briefs, my wife has not made any comments about my increasing weight. I wonder how fat I'll get before she says something.

I personally like to binge on breakfast foods. Generally easy to digest, nice and sweet too. Whole boxes of toaster waffles is a favorite, then bowls of cold cereal, donuts and pastries to top off.

I’ve been gaining but slowly, first I don’t want stretch marks. Second family issues, I have two grown children, neither have mentioned by increasing weight. I do think about what my mom will think, even though she’s in a different state. I ‘m over sixty five.
